I'm a quiet person and always have been, but what a lot of people don't know is that despite the fact they treat me and talk to me like I'm stupid, there is a sign on my forehead that says "don't mess with me!" Because I too have a tenancy to explode and I did fairly recently after I discovered my car was damaged during her mot test which gave me the strength to go back to the garage and let them know that I was not happy and instead of receiving an apology, I was given the deaf ear and the "I don't give a fuck" treatment by the garage which was very unprofessional of them. Like all quiet people, I notice things and hear things that I really don't like which is why I live my life alone and only ask for help when absolutely necessary. A word to my fellow lone wolves out there - keep your heads high and don't let anyone take you for granted and most of all take any pathetic excuses people make with a big pinch of salt. Whenever two calm (and centered) people cross paths and they happen to head nod. It's like the two already know one another, without saying a word. These brief interactions, will make your day; even a life time.
A strong person does not need to prove to others that he is strong and does not need to justify himself. He shows himself by his actions - noble and reliable. How? You feel it when you meet him.
A powerful person is a person that fear the Lord. A person who has an intimate relationship with God. A person who fights on his knees in prayer. A person who is covered by the armor of Jesus Christ. A person who does not seek to please the world but the Almighty God.
That sounds like the opposite to me. Religion and God's make cowards of men. If you think falling to your knees in prayer to mumble to yourself when the going gets tough and think magic will help you. That's weak
To be powerful you listen and you observe. To be kind you show others that you are listening to whatever they are saying. Don't try to be rude . But remember to stand up for what you believe is right.
