Great with the wind in the North. Strong tide movement creates unsteady bottom which can be problematic anchoring.

Sorry, I just saw this. I love the Northern end of Fraser in its entirety. For a day stop- Pelican Banks for sure. In the evenings Kingfisher Bay is my go to. Having a warm shower and food to enjoy a sunset has so many good things.
