This car wash damaged my car and told me it didn't happen there I was told they would show my vehicle video but sent me an email with a video from 2020 not mine. I'm upset I can't believe this even happened this way don't take your car through club carwash in Columbia MO on Conley 😢
Its simple. When you go through a tunnel carwash, the carwash isn't responsible for other cars in the tunnel. Meaning, if a car hits you or doesn't exit the tunnel when it literally flashed a light that says Go, its the same as an accident on a city street. This is just a Karen that wont take accountability for her own actions of choosing to take her car through a carwash, taking the risk, and having to pay. Now if the damage was done by the carwash, wraps, mitters, or tired brushes Club will pay right away. Simple.
@@GenX7119not at my store. If your car gets damaged we take care of it. We actually feel bad, and inspect it so we can yell at whoever messed up. Seems like your upset because you had a bad experience. Sorry for that. My advice is grow up and move on. You sound like my 6 year old daughter.

Look simple, that isn't true they don't just pay for your car, they will lie and say your car was messed up b4 you came through. Simple.
