My Pluto is conjunct my wife's Venus and NN and in a square to her Mars and in both of our 8th houses. She also has 5 other Scorpio and 8th house placements. Pretty intense! But that's what we want: passion and transformation. Much more interesting than happiness and peace.

This is spot on! I’m pluto, he’s Venus. For me it was very “absolute” and “stalker ish” behavior towards him from almost the onset of noticing how I felt about him. @@angelsub9184 I guess it all depends on if Pluto finds it worthy enough to chase after. My Pluto is in libra so there is already this element of seeing the shallowness of beauty, love, relationships, sharing, partnerships,etc. So for me it’s a decision on if I deem it worth my time,energy and depth. Venus is very alluring for Pluto and may arouse Pluto’s senses but for Pluto it eventually becomes about the higher octave of mars (the chase). There’s an element of the psychological that happens for pluto.

Pluto loves to be in scorpio whereas it’s distressed in Libra. However, I think it’s exalted in Aries, which opposes my Pluto.

I have my Scorpio Pluto conjunct her Scorpio Venus. My Scorpio Pluto is also conjunct my Scorpio Venus (and Scorpio Midheaven). We also have both of our Scorpio Venuses conjunct one another's. God Jewel! I just got out of a Plutonic relationship with this aspect and oh my gosh was it toxic! Manipulation, control issues, obsession, possession, ego wars - never again! Neptune and Jupiter is the way to go with maybe light touches of Pluto/Pluto aspects like sextile and trine. this one was too damaging unless both parties are extremely mature in their own energies and emotions.
I am a Pluto in Scorpio born in 85'. Interestingly enough, The last few years, I've been attracting. Scorpios and Sagittarius with Venus in Scorpio...it's intense and I turn into Glenn Close a little bit.... Oh and I like it. I don't know how to explain it. My guy made me feel very primal. I was lowkey stalky and he likes it. Most guys will shy away but..he's just...well he's a typical Scorpio. The craving...It's much more intense then lust but not quite love. The thing is I've worked out my own shit, I've been through a dark night of the soul that lasted well over a decade (natal Pluto in 4th, moon square Pluto, Pluto square ascendant) so I'm already past that. The guy I have this conjunction with is just so sexually attractive to me. I wanna f* and I don't really care about his issues or his psyche. Yeah...I met a Pluto in Scorpio guy 13 years younger than me and his placement is conjunct my Scorpio Venus. He was persistent in getting my attention because I said he’s too young. He’s 26 years old for context. But we also have Mars conjunction Mars in Leo, my Mars squared his Pluto, and some other aspects that are helpful to blend with the intensity of our Mars. I’ve always said that most relationships are boring (natal Venus conjunct Uranus in Scorpio here) and that’s part of the problem. @@lilithontop It can go either way and a lot of times depends on which partner is more Plutonic. Just from my own experiences though, the Pluto person usually holds the power and casts a spell over the personal planet person and they become obsessed with the Pluto person. That's why it's also good for the personal planet person to have their Pluto aspecting the Pluto person's personal planets. It really is a crazy aspect to experience.

@@lilithontop Yes when there's double whammies, it usually evens the playing field a bit. One-sided Pluto synastry usually doesn't end well.
I feel like there’s a specific depth lacking and it doesn’t have to be entirely engulfing in an interrogative psychological way that can be unhealthy, there’s an innate wisdom that accompanies living in the dark your whole life, since that’s what defines the light.
I personally have my Venus in Scorpio, conjunct Pluto on my DC and Pluto parallels my sun/mercury/mars conjunction by 0 degrees. Pluto/mars are extremely prominent in my life. And there are ways to harness them in a not so destructive and toxic means. I mean I know and get the side of it when it isn’t harnessed.. but there’s certainly a more evolved way in expressing the powerful nature of Pluto. Love is unconditional, and it’s being able to see into a persons soul and still see them for who they are, acceptance..and know their dark side is a battle we all have in life and not being afraid to expose the self and heal. My boyfriends Pluto is on my venus/Pluto and there isn’t control issues or any kind of drama really. We also both have prominent Neptune’s, and composite wise venus is conjunct sun and Jupiter conjunct moon on the IC, so it’s very much comfortable and feels like home on a soul level. But at the same time, maybe because I do have venus/Neptune to help me out.. I’m probably not like most people in general, and the way I see into people doesn’t have any room for drama when everything is objective and you live in your integrity.
Wow I’m a sag sun Venus in Scorpio and my partner is a sag sun Venus in Sagittarius . Venus conjunction Pluto . And yes I love it expect the cheating , lying ,manipulation in the beginning from them 🥲 since we have a Mercury conjunction Pluto dw we’ve gotten to the bottom to some of our traumas and have really deep talks . My lover has Venus in Pisces opposite my Virgo Pluto. But he has Pluto square his natal Venus so I guess he must like drama :). Our redeeming aspects are trine from my Sun and Moon to his Venus forming a kite . Time will tell how it works out over time..so far passion is off the charts.

Wow, just for laughs I did synastry charts for my favorite actors (that I find intense) and a couple of guys that came off WAY too strong. I got the shivers that all their Plutos aspected (usually conjunct) my Sun, Mars and/or Venus. Since my conjunct planets are on the 7th-8th house border, I guess it means I better watch out for any 1st/12 house plutonic guys 😱
Who were the couples
This can apply by degree as well. I was dealing with someone who had their Pluto in Scorpio but at 25 Degrees (Aries Degree) Conjunct my Aries Venus and this conjunction resonates all too well. It was constant power struggles, manipulation, lies, obsession and Pluto ended up running off with someone I was friends with in what started out as a revenge plot against me because I started distancing myself from Pluto once I started to see what type of person they were and what lengths they’ll go to prove points. As someone with multiple Taurus placements, the plutonic energy was entirely too much for me. The connection was passionate but way too controlling and toxic. This conjunction can also breed resentment on the part of Pluto, especially if Venus ignores whatever attempts or stunts Pluto tries and just moves on.
I have a (former) friend whose Pluto conjuncts my venus in Leo: we're both in our late 60s. And gay.
HOWEVER, my Venus is in his 7th House, as is my Mercury and Ascendant. So, with my Venus in his 7th house, I represented Love as the "close friend" (7th house is also the house of one-to-one relationships, including your VERY BEST friends, not just "social" friends) to him. And he came to value that, as I came to love him (no sex involved. EVER.) There are placements where the Pluto/Venus conjunction will be mitigated and certainly with my Venus in his 7th, that's pretty powerful as Venus rules the 7th house. So, I got the kindness, helpfulness and considerateness typical of one person's Venus in the other person's 7th house.
But the 7th house is a house of marriage, isn't it? So you might reconsider :D
Venus aspect pluto is very painful
I am dating a guy who has this aspect natally and he was dating this girl before me. Scorpio sun but not overall Plutonic. Her Pluto was Conjunct his Venus. She tried to keep him away from me with her life which eventually led him to me. But he told me that she called out his weaknesses to make him feel insecure. She kept him from seeing any of his friends. He could only see them in her company. She gaslighted him. She messaged me calling me a whore and all that because I saw him shortly before they started dating. we're together now and she's still trying to get back at him and back with him. Our synastry and composite are pretty plutonic. His Pluto opposing Moon and my Pluto squaring his Ascendant. My Mars in his 8th house and both our mercuries in eachothers 8th houses. Venus-Pluto Square in our composite. And a Sun, Venus, Mercury in the 8 house. Pretty crazy connection. And I'm already feeling myself beginning to show signs of control because of my fear of losing him. We do talk about all of it which is good. But I'm honestly a bit scared of it all.
How about Venus trine Pluto?

There's this guy I've known since kindergarten. He's been in my class in elementary, middle, and high school. We've never been friends or anything. Just on good terms. There could be some heavy Neptune aspects in synastry between you and him. Neptune is the planet of dreams and psychic powers. Who knows, maybe he was thinking about you and you felt it in your dreams.
My Pluto in Scorpio Conjunct his Venus 3 degrees. Mars conjunct Mars in Capricorn 1 degrees. His North Node in my 7th house of Aries conjunct my Moon. His Moon in Sag conjunct my Mars I mean it’s endless and we are so in love with each other I can’t describe it.

Update 2020: I found that my maternal grandparents also had this aspect... he sadly died aged 59 (still married to her but very mentally ill) and she is still living aged 91 - I think she killed him (not physically, he was the venus) I didn’t know him, but I know her and I knew she was like this, it prompted me to look up the synastry to confirm it. 💡💡 she never talks about him but whenever I’ve asked her about him over the years, she talked about him with contempt!! Figures!!

I saw this with my friend's venus and her boyfriend's pluto. Same there. I had my pluto over the guy's venus. Same there. I just left the situation because I couldn't bare my toxic side that I didn't even know existed before. Poor venus

what if it's an out-of-sign conjunction? (venus libra to pluto scorpio)
If within 3 degrees it counts. If more than that, too wide. I personally use tight orb aspects. Doesn’t matter the sign

How about the trine? Is it easier? And will Pluto be the one who eventually let go or the planet person? We have his Pluto in Libra trine my Venus in Gemini.
