    Such a sad story. The strength and dignity demonstrated by the Bailey family, is like none other. I wish them all peace, and I hope they can find happiness again. 💙

    The US prison system is full of minors that that did something horrible in the puberty, and ten years later there are as normal as everyone. The USA is the only western country that not only imprisons juveniles but keep them there for the rest of their life’s.
    Instead of growing the numbers of people in prison the US society should start to ask why so heinous crimes in this so high numbers only happens in the US! There‘s something extremely wrong in this country! I don‘t know the reason… but the difference in the sheer numbers compared with Canada, Europe and Australia clearly tells us there is going something horribly wrong in the US society!

      Our problem is we’re too lenient. We all would be much better off if they just took people like the monster in this case out back and put a bullet in the back of his head.

    I wish he would have symbolically sentenced him to 114 years but I think that would have been grounds for an appeal on the basis of prejudice.

    Another cold blooded heinous crime and that POS gets life...114 stab wounds and he gets to live...Not in my book, it's an eye for an eye. These taxpayers get to pay for his bed, his meals, his access to medical and dental, cable tv and whatever else they give you in prison. The parents get nothing but memories.

      To me, dying is too easy. It's an esay way out. Thats setting him free. I want him to suffer, be tormented by other inmates in prison I want him to never be able to experience the joys of life. He's a horrible person. Don't worry, I see your POV too, I'm just happy that he's being dealt with. Such a waste of a human being.

      I have a question for u, he was 14 at the age of the crime, what’s the minimum age someone should be sentenced to death in your opinion? Since I’ve seen stories of a 5 year old killing someone with a gun they was laying around.

    • @sweetbermudaonions60
      @sweetbermudaonions60 Рік тому +1

      @@jeangrey5952 In your mention of a 5 yr old, then the parents need to be held accountable. If they allow their kid to shoot a gun or play with a gun then the kid needs mental health care supervision. Stabbing someone is, IMHO, an 'upclose' murder. You have to be close to the victim as opposed to shooting someone which is usually not that close. In this case, this POS stabbed that poor girl 114 times! Are you freaking kidding me or what? That's beyond heinously brutal and it gave me the same feeling when Charles Manson's insane posse killed Sharon Tate and her friends...brutally stabbed over and over again and again...This POS is just a monster.

    Why did tre invite Kristen over. He had a girl friend. Was tre aware of Aiden’s desire to kill someone. Why would tre aloud any innocent person to be around Aiden? Did he set the little girl up?

    We would be significantly better off if people would stop having children out of a safe, loving, committed marriage. IMO children need TWO healthy stable committed parents who teach discipline, respect, and guid them into adulthood with morals and value. The problem starts at home.

    In the Netherlands you only get maybe 10 years in prison for this crime. We need these penalties too, good for him, forever locked up! I send lots of hugs for the family of Tristyn🩷
