How do you do that slide from a open string? "A 0/" ? Am I missing something? Tried some stuff but nothing seems to work.
Well, it's kinda random to me, that's why I wrote like that, but it's something like, just pick the A string and at the same time from around the first fret start to make the slide, it's not a problem if you start it from between the first and second fret. The important thing here is to make a long slide, not a short one and that's all. :)

No, unfortunately I don't have any Prada. :D
Uh, if you Google Nick's equipment you will find out what effects he use. Personally I don't have those effects, I use Darkglass Ultra plugin, I can make a pretty close tone with it, but it depends on personal preference as well. Unfortunately I'm not an expert with effects. :(
