I was watching this livestream. Luda was more punchdrunk than I've ever seen him, or almost any poker player. This was 100% genuine. He was just thinking of more ways to lose.
@@lucky2937 On such a dry run out, straight would only make sense if the 45 were diamonds and there were two diamonds on the flop. The likely hands which could beat him were KQ, AK, and Pocket 6s... which is a cooler since that line of thinking also lends itself to KT, AA, QQ-77 as well... I'd have called and shrugged it off as a semi-cooler, but what do I know, I'm just a fish.
After watching the video last night I called Luda and I told him we can no longer be friends. This is not a strike, it is three strikes and💥 He was down on himself and will be on monkey tilt for a while🙈😂
Classic example of "Less is more". Bet less, like half pot. Your line will make more sense, looks more like a value bet with queen or middle pocket pair. And if opponent hero calls anyway, you lose less.
Yeah I disagree with the commentator. Line makes sense when he bets pot on flop into 4 that a queen can be in his rep range. It’s the same reason why Luda gets paid in the 2nd hand.
Good bluff, even better call. F*** the math, f*** the bet size, Ali just trusted his gut and went with his read. "That's poker folks" - Doyle Brunson, R.I.P.
I would just figure that I'm too high up in my range after I bet/check/check this board, click call so that I'm not exploitable, and then muck my cards when I inevitably lose.
Only reason he folded is because was down too much already. If you’re down so much that you can’t think straight - take a break get ur head in better place & return another day.
Because he's not really supposed to have any bluffs with the way that ran out, if there was a missed straight/flush draw Luda would call but with the board as it is its hard to put a tighter player on total air.
I'm never folding that last hand especially how the session was going with Adi calling two huge river bets extremely light. If he somehow has KQ or 66 whatever.
I’ve never understood why people go 1.5x +++ pot on the river in polarizing spots, you can accomplish the same thing going like 1.1x and more often then not if you go ridiculously huge you’re bluffing. Not gonna lie, against Chris on that river it’s a snap capl
Exactly what I mean. Next hand he only goes 1.2 when a bunch of draws miss. Your opponent has been calling and showing interest not a check check turn. If there’s ever a time to capitalize on your stupid 1.5x + sizing it’s in another polarizing spot, just a short while after gettting caught
Everyone saying it's a bad fold from Luda, aren't very good players. You're just making judgements seeing the cards. That fold actually shows Luda is disciplined even when tilting. (Despite being wrong in this particular case)
9:02 …a total of six hands could beat Chris: AK, KQ, 66, 22, 33 & 45…AK would of reraised pf, 22 on the turn would of value bet Chris’s turn check, 33 on the turn would of no way made it passed the flop $3600 bet…logically no way 45 made it to the river not unless you’re Alan Keaton…so the only hands Chris had to contend against was KQ & 66. -what made Chris ultimately fold to Ari’s river all in was definitely scared money cause he was down $100K+/- at the point in the game. -if emotions and attachment in him being under 6 figures by this point of the night were no factor, Chris would of flipped a coin as the last resort in calling Ari’s all in river shove…or else he wouldn’t of tanked for so long to call. -ï mean, how often are we against one card better than ours (not unless ï’m holding AQ which seems to be a magnet to when my opponent has AK to beat me on an Ace to flop on the flop)…and how often does one flop a set on the flop while holding a pocket pair: 1 in 7.45…or 11.8% of the time.
Hmm... in for $13k, bet another $29k to win $45k. Losing to pocket 6s, 2s, 3s, and AK, K6, K2, K3. So that makes it a 2-for-1bet against 4-to-1 odds? My probability calculations are probably way off but for some reason it feels like not as bad a fold as it initially looks.
I am so confused why everyone is surprised by the fold? K6 is a bluff catcher this is definitely an under bluffed spot too. Its a hero fold thats sometimes warranted, even at hcl.
Yes exactly, I think these are just pretty bad players that can't think objectively. They just see trip kings and think it's a must call, these players are significantly higher level than that simplicity.
Dry board no bluffs in that spot either a boat or nothing hard spot to even bluff with A high way it makes it harder too put him on any hand but a boat
The comments😂. Adi told Chris he had a king, insinuating AK. He had a tight image, Chris was tilted, $100k down and just assumed with how the night was going Adi would probably have it. These shorts never give full context after many hours of play, its just a few hands here. Chill in the comments people😅
@@iamhorcruxer Not sure what you are getting at here, do tell. Adi clearly did not know Chris was on trips, or he wouldn't have tried a bluff to begin with, and if he's thinking Chris is not on trips then kicker doesn't matter to mention. wtf, down 100k on tilt and you dont call?

Bad acting from Chris , they must be business partners , he never folds trips kings which is the nuts on that board something is off

That guy is very nitty he used his image to get the fold.

Everyone who knows how Luda plays KNOWS FOR DAMN SURE HES NEVER FOLDING THERE!!!

Fake fold. This is now for the show. If not, Luda wouldn't fold a pair of king there, not to mention trips w a nice kicker on that board.
"I tried giving you a gift but you wouldn't take it." Ouch. That stings.
One of the best sequences of hands ever shown in a poker video.

Seeing Chris lose warms my heart
Ownage by the highest degree
lol that last hand is nuts, ill never or there will be a slim chance that imma fold that hand only pockets and KA and KQ can beat it
Great fold Chris !
You should be asking yourself, “ how bad is Chris,” instead.
Very strange fold.
Nice to see Luda tilting.
👍👍👍👍
He induced the bets and then folds
Fold??? Why??
Because he thought the other guy had a better hand. Pretty simple
everyones levelled themselves into a fold like this before , you just think they are *never* bluffing
Because he's not really supposed to have any bluffs with the way that ran out, if there was a missed straight/flush draw Luda would call but with the board as it is its hard to put a tighter player on total air.

folding trips on this board! with not a bad kicker either! Wow

tilt folds are worse than tilt calls
Luda folded a clean set against Matusow a while back….and it was a good fold (see over set). He’s capable of putting you on one hand
the 52 call made sense, the 55 call less so
