I did a video on the new requirements for the CTA. If I recall correctly, you need a US address for your business, and you would list the actual address for the beneficial owner.. But make sure you double check that or schedule a call with a lawyer.

What about receiving packages i.e. - product returns? Do they accept those? Do they open them? Do they at least ask which items you'd want opened first? That way you have the option of forwarding them unopened? I really wouldn't want bank cards, checks, and packages open.

I have a small digital media agency and have been thinking to get a US virtual address, but then what would be the notary reason I state on why I'm getting this address? I don't want to get into any legal complications, would that be unlawful or perjury or else? Super confused.
@@vannarooski8730 I did have to use my home address with the bank (Chase). They wouldn't accept the VA, and since my home address wasn't the same as the registered LLC's business address I had to refile and change my LLC to my home address. Otherwise they wouldn't have opened an account.

I think you are getting your legal terminology confused. You may want to talk to a lawyer.

Can you use a virtual address for a bank account? I tried to apply but they wanted a physical address and I don’t want to use my home address
I have the same question.
You need a physical address to open the account and you can make the bank mailing address be the virtual address.
Well didn’t he say at one point that you can use your home addy on the bank thing because it’s private anyways.

Thé problem is with my business I don’t want privacy I want more exposure and need clients to show up to make more sales …
VA are good but if you are applying for money with a VA make sure you have your LLC with the VA or at least some bills with the VA.
