    (4) Lazy lower body movement. You can’t expect an explosive throw with the upper body of the lower body is sluggish.

    (5) “Pushing” instead of “throwing” with punching-specific throws. Find a small dense ball or ball with a handle that you can properly grab with a straight wrist while you throw. Focus on the knuckles coming through fist, not the palm.
    .
    6) Improper follow through. Make sure that all of your power is being delivered behind the balls flight path. This includes stepping in the direction of the throw.
