followed your method perfectky but i used magic eraser and erased the eyes and erased eyebrow and that way i didnt have to line up much just slap my photo in there and was off from there
Does anyone know any other source for the templates? Google does the same ones over and over and the face swapper result looks no different to the original template??? Help!!!!

Just started getting into this--I don't get it, sometimes it's easy as hell lining up a photo over a character face, and other times it looks nothing like me. It really does matter what that initial head is shaped like.
face swapping is not working for me? I am using the website you linked and when I do the same steps it swaps my face but it doesnt look like yours? Mines just changes my face to look like facial features of the color photo but it doesnt look like me and it also doesnt change the color setting, its literally just my original selfie with a different face? What am I doing wrong?
