I think one thing you missed is the noise suppression. It has a really good setting for noise suppression.

VM does not work for me on stream unless I have the "hear myself option on" Also, my regular voice can still be heard while using VM. Do I just have to mess with the settings?

Did you change your microphone settings? Instead of your usual mic you should select the voicemod mic setting in your streaming software.
