Another collaboration where shared data produces 2 different, yet stunning, images… this is really what the fun in Astrophotography is about… 👍🏻 As you asked the question… I like yours the best Russell just because it’s different to the usual palette and has a (slightly) better initial WoW factor. That said I would hang Nick’s image on the wall in my living room in a heartbeat. Congratulations again to you both on a magical collaboration ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks very much mate, glad you like both images. Yes I thought I’d try something new…thanks for the link to Steve’s video 👍 nicks edit is awesome, think I’ll probably do my own standard SHO edit as some point
First off, great collab. Wow, 6 months! that must have been kind a frustrating. To be honest I really can't say I prefer one over the other. They are both quite different edits with different colour combos and the detail is great in both. Two fantastic images .
Thanks very much Logan. Yes we both had lots of issues with weather and gear, nice to be able to finally release the video and share the images, I’m glad you like them both 👍
Both are great images. I really love the different colours in your image - very different to your usual edits! I also love the little guest appearance from your cockapoo 🥰

Such a fascinating endeavor! Both your images are supreme. I love the color palettes and compositions. As you both imply, one can interpret the data in so many subjective, aesthetic ways-your images are testimony. Thank you both!
Great job both of you I'd love to get images as good as those, as for a preference I like them both but it is nice to see a Photoshop approach. Great video clear skies!!
