This song was originally written with the idea of having the audience join in the chorus once the restrictions imposed by COVID were lifted, masks were no longer needed, and loud voices could be heard. Fortunately, the restrictions were lifted for the revival concerts over the past two years. Just before the concert started on the first day, the staff informed the audience and all the members of the band about this, and everyone was overjoyed at this surprise. Your decision to check out LOVEBITES was the best decision of your life. Lovebites is a phenomenal band. They won the 2018 Metal Hammer Golden Gods award for best new band. Now do their song Judgement Day the live version, because seeing them play live is a sight to behold. Midori and Miyako are among the greatest metal guitar duos you will ever see. There is a whole lot more where this came from. Stand and Deliver is not a typical song by them - it was written as a sing a long song for the audience at their concerts, with a simple and repetitive chorus. They have a wide range of songs, some much heavier and some softer and slower. They did switch instruments in this song because they were goofing around and having fun.

Now you know why I told you "wait till you see them" on your Hanabie reaction. Elite muscians and Midori & Miyako are the best dual guitarists I've heard in 50 yrs of listening to metal. Now wait till you see them live. Try "Judgement Day" & "Hammer of Wrath" from Knockin at Heaven's Gate to start. Honestly though they don't have any bad songs. "Thunder Vengeance" & "Btrak the Wall" if you want something really thrashy. The dark haired guitarist (Miyako) is a musical genuis IMO. She's a classically trained pianist who shows it off on a number of their tracks. Keep going, it only get's more impressive.

LOVEBITES are artisan, I would even say out of Japan these ladies are the most talented musicians that are active. They are in my top 10 and I'm not even a power metal fan. And English lyrics get bonus points! love this song. Would love to see more of them also a couple other bands/songs I will recommend you might enjoy, MAZE - IDOL RIOT and The Dimrays - Fr and PassCode - GROUNDSWELL.
Other musicians may be also as good, but where Lovebites has the edge 100% is their song material, they have no bad songs, while other bands have maybe 5 good songs and 50 that are "ok" or "meh" or whatever.
Welcome to LOVEBITES 🤘🏼🐺🔥 Here some information about the band: LOVEBITES are around since 2016 and their first EP and album came out in 2017. At this point they have already released 4 albums, some Singles/EPs and also a bunch of live DVD/Blu-ray releases. Back in 2018/2019 LOVEBITES have already toured in Europe, including appearances at the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. In 2018 they also won the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award for best new band. Then came COVID, their original bass player and founder Miho quit the band for personal reasons and two babies were born. After a break LOVEBITES came back with new bassist Fami and new song „Judgement Day“ in late 2022. A new album with the same title came out in February 2023. Recently their album „Judgement Day“ was voted #15 in best metal albums of the year 2023 by readers of Metal Hammer UK. Also „Stand and deliver“ was voted on #15 for best metal song of the year. What are fantastic results for a still relatively unknown and foreign band. And they will appear at several huge metal festivals this year again, a world tour is just announced. LOVEBITES finished touring Japan in October. Earlier this year in March they played their comeback show, 2 evenings at the same venue. This was their first live gig since 2021 and the very first show with their new bassist Fami. There are 6 videos taken from both shows on their YT channel. For me personally, the “best” will be at least 25-30 original songs by the band.🤗 In addition, it all depends on a person’s individual musical preferences. The band's fans don't yet know your musical preferences. One thing I can say for sure, LOVEBITES is not J-POP (you wrote that you are interested in K-POP).😊 LOVEBITES - heavy metal band. They play different music - speed, progressive, thrash, neoclassical, etc. metal. LOVEBITES has several songs that can be classified as hard rock. Ladies also often mix different genres in one song. And the result is what can be described as “heavy metal from LOVEBITES.” LOVEBITES also play classical music at their concerts (piano). Try to find out the heavier side (thrash) of LOVEBITES. The switching of instruments was a fun thing, but in Miyako's case (she's the dark-haired guitarist who composed the music for this track) she can pretty much play anything.

Our LOVEBITES song is only complete when we play it live." These were the words of vocalist Asami to the audience before playing this song on the first day of the revival concert.
This song was originally written with the idea of having the audience join in the chorus once the restrictions imposed by COVID were lifted, masks were no longer needed, and loud voices could be heard.
Fortunately, the restrictions were lifted for the revival concerts over the past two years. Just before the concert started on the first day, the staff informed the audience and all the members of the band about this, and everyone was overjoyed at this surprise.

Your decision to check out LOVEBITES was the best decision of your life. Lovebites is a phenomenal band. They won the 2018 Metal Hammer Golden Gods award for best new band. Now do their song Judgement Day the live version, because seeing them play live is a sight to behold. Midori and Miyako are among the greatest metal guitar duos you will ever see. There is a whole lot more where this came from. Stand and Deliver is not a typical song by them - it was written as a sing a long song for the audience at their concerts, with a simple and repetitive chorus. They have a wide range of songs, some much heavier and some softer and slower. They did switch instruments in this song because they were goofing around and having fun.

Now you know why I told you "wait till you see them" on your Hanabie reaction. Elite muscians and Midori & Miyako are the best dual guitarists I've heard in 50 yrs of listening to metal. Now wait till you see them live. Try "Judgement Day" & "Hammer of Wrath" from Knockin at Heaven's Gate to start. Honestly though they don't have any bad songs. "Thunder Vengeance" & "Btrak the Wall" if you want something really thrashy. The dark haired guitarist (Miyako) is a musical genuis IMO. She's a classically trained pianist who shows it off on a number of their tracks. Keep going, it only get's more impressive.

LOVEBITES was formed in 2016 by Miho(Ba) and Haruna(Dr), members of the band "DESTROSE", which went on hiatus in 2015.
The girls made their major label debut in 2017 (March 24) with "THE LOVEBITES EP".
On 18 June 2018, LOVEBITES won 'BEST NEW BAND' at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods 2018 awards organised by the British metal magazine METAL HAMMER.
On 4 August, LOVEBITES performed on the W.E.T stage at WACKEN OPEN AIR 2018, one of the world's largest annual metal festivals in Germany, with the 10,000 capacity venue almost full.
"Bloodstack open air 2018(Aug. 10)" also participated.
On August 20,2018, LOVEBITES announced that it has partnered with X-ray Touring, one of the largest players in the UK booking agent industry.
LOVEBITES toured the Netherlands, Germany, France and UK from November 13-21, 2018.

LOVEBITES are artisan, I would even say out of Japan these ladies are the most talented musicians that are active. They are in my top 10 and I'm not even a power metal fan. And English lyrics get bonus points! love this song. Would love to see more of them also a couple other bands/songs I will recommend you might enjoy, MAZE - IDOL RIOT and The Dimrays - Fr and PassCode - GROUNDSWELL.
Other musicians may be also as good, but where Lovebites has the edge 100% is their song material, they have no bad songs, while other bands have maybe 5 good songs and 50 that are "ok" or "meh" or whatever.

Here some information about the band:
LOVEBITES are around since 2016 and their first EP and album came out in 2017. At this point they have already released 4 albums, some Singles/EPs and also a bunch of live DVD/Blu-ray releases.
Back in 2018/2019 LOVEBITES have already toured in Europe, including appearances at the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. In 2018 they also won the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award for best new band.
Then came COVID, their original bass player and founder Miho quit the band for personal reasons and two babies were born. After a break LOVEBITES came back with new bassist Fami and new song „Judgement Day“ in late 2022. A new album with the same title came out in February 2023.
Recently their album „Judgement Day“ was voted #15 in best metal albums of the year 2023 by readers of Metal Hammer UK. Also „Stand and deliver“ was voted on #15 for best metal song of the year. What are fantastic results for a still relatively unknown and foreign band. And they will appear at several huge metal festivals this year again, a world tour is just announced.
LOVEBITES finished touring Japan in October. Earlier this year in March they played their comeback show, 2 evenings at the same venue. This was their first live gig since 2021 and the very first show with their new bassist Fami. There are 6 videos taken from both shows on their YT channel. One of them is „The Hammer of Wrath“ which I suggest for a next reaction. Playing live in front of an audience is their real strength! And also „Stand and deliver“ is a cool song, but rather some basic playing for them …

Best drummer in the universe (IMO), wrote one of their songs including lyrics, creates handmade miniature fake food

Absolute bass prodigy with outstanding technique, she speaks faster than sonic speed as she plays and smiles non-stop

The band is named after the Grammy winning song Love Bites (So DO I) by Halestorm. Lead singer Asami, joined Lzzy and Halestorm at Download 2019 to perform that song. Yeah, Haruna is a beast on drums. Miyako and Midori (blond pony tail) shred, and IMO are 2 of the best today. New bassist Fami, is seen here, she joined Oct 2022, replacing band co-founder Miho, who left in 2021. Since 2016 they have released 4 full albums, over 60 songs to choose from, and yes all are great. This song is the 2nd single from the 4th album, last year's Judgement Day. This video is atypical, as you see them in casual clothes, the dress in beautiful white dresses when they perform. Some songs lean toward power metal, and some toward thrash, plus some ballads. With bands like Metallica ,Slayer, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Helloween among their influences.
They are great , and recommended , live too. Try "Judgement Day" and "Hammer of Wrath" at Knocking on Heaven's Gate 2023, "Holy War", Thunder Vengeance" "Break the Wall" and "Swan Song" (with Chopin piano intro)at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo 2020.

Thanks for your reaction. You may not believe it, but it is very difficult to name which song or even several songs are the best of LOVEBITES. The band has too, too many songs that fit this definition ... For me personally, the “best” will be at least 25-30 original songs by the band.🤗 In addition, it all depends on a person’s individual musical preferences. The band's fans don't yet know your musical preferences. One thing I can say for sure, LOVEBITES is not J-POP (you wrote that you are interested in K-POP).😊
LOVEBITES - heavy metal band. They play different music - speed, progressive, thrash, neoclassical, etc. metal. LOVEBITES has several songs that can be classified as hard rock. Ladies also often mix different genres in one song. And the result is what can be described as “heavy metal from LOVEBITES.” LOVEBITES also play classical music at their concerts (piano).
Try to find out the heavier side (thrash) of LOVEBITES. I would advise you to check out any of these songs (there are concert videos on YT): 'Thunder Vengeance', 'The Hammer of Wrath', 'Winds of Transylvania', 'Break the Wall', 'Set the World on Fire', 'The Apocalypse'.

An unusual Lovebites video since they are not dressed in white as they usually are. I definitely recommend watching their live videos of which you will find many here on UA-cam. More at home in the rock genre, power metal was never my kind of music, which is why I haven't given this band a real chance for a very long time. Today I really could slap myself for that... Miyako (dark hair) & Midori (blonde hair) are the best guitar duo i know, Haruna is a nuclear-powered metronome behind her drum kit, Asami's voice can hold its own against the powerful instrumentals, and with Fami, their new bassist you saw in this video, the band has gained a lot of fresh air and energy. Her playing is powerful and her smile highly infectious. :)
