God damn, long time since i saw these guys have so much stage presence. Specially Dan, he seem so dominant on this performance, plus he didnt skip the screams which i think he does just great, keep it coming!
I was at the foot of the stairs for this set, it was so good. The energy was amazing!
Also got a picture with James after the end, felt so cheeky.
Holy shit... they are totally in their element here! great to see them so happy and performing so well!
This bodes well for the next album being even better than Polaris!
This is such an awesome video. Just a raw performance with nothing but the 5 instruments. Looks like maybe they were forced to move to a smaller stage without some of their gear and pre-programmed effects...and they still killed it. Getting to see a band like this in a setting like that is pretty incredible.
They played the 2nd stage earlier that day, this seems to be an intimate gig afterwards

Seen them in a small club in Toronto! They are too good. Their show and the atmosphere needs a completely dark club. It was sweet. I was in the pit half the time then people just stepped back to listen and watch till the next round. Lol

Thanks for sharing this video. They sound great here. They are either using less backing vocals than the previous times i have seen them, or they are not coming through in this video. Either way, Dan sounds really good.

Hi Dhylon, It was at Download this year. They played the 2nd stage earlier in the day and then played this '5th' stage at 6pm. Was sort of a secret gig but actually on the schedule. The clashed with deftones on the main stage but glad we went to this. Ahhh, wish I was there.... Each year I say to myself yes, will go to Download finally this year... Just that idea of Festival in rain does not resonate with me well;)
Seen Tesseract in London in February already, soon in Brighton then on another festival in Europe again so will catch up with them this year for sure.
That small stage looks like a great fun, bet you all enjoyed it despite the rain;)

He suffers from epilepsy, he needs to be barefoot at stage as his seizures are caused by heat.

Could you provide a source? I argue your claim is false because on his Facebook Page, June 29th 2016, he made a post and in the comment section someone asked about his bare feet on stage to which he replied: "Totally, just comfort and balance. I have big sweaty hobbit feet.". Another example is on his Reddit AMA from one year ago. When asked Amos replied with, "I get really hot on stage. People laugh at me with my shirt undone and my bare feet, but it means I can stay relatively cool and chilled. But, also I can hold my balance better without shoes. It doesn't make any sense, really."
There is no reason to believe he suffers from epilepsy. I also have heard of convulsions occurring from fevers but I don't believe Amos is suffering from a fever every night on stage. The man is just hot and sweaty.
