Sir the soil of my hibiscus plant has started to smell bad also the soil is moist since 2 days now. Plant has become very weak. Earlier I gave onion peel fertilizer then after a week banana peel fertilizer and few days ago I have given Neem Khali to the soil. Please guide what to do in this situation? Should I repot the plant ?

Smell means fungus infection. Give it fungicide powder next time when it is dry and needs to be watered
