Morfydd Clark and Matt Smith are brilliant. Cannot wait. Looks epic.
Been looking forward to this one. Love these two actors.
Best book of the three by a long chalk. Matt Smith a very fine actor who's had too little to do in recent years.
Adds up to a very promising little film
Go Matt Smith.
The crossover we all needed 😄
Saw at the London Film Festival, its fantastic!
I’ve been waiting for news on this being released. Can’t wait-great book, great cast!😁
A horror movie with Morfydd? Count me in!
Just read the book after buying it nearly a year ago, and I can't wait to see this now!
Seems like the movie is going to be scarier than the book.
That's what I was just thinking.
That looks great!
INTENSITY. AAAHHH
Galadriel and Doctor Who sitting in a tree,
T-E-R-R-I-F-Y-I-N-G
Galadriel and Daemon Targaryen…
Found myself thinking “God, Smith’s looking old” while watching this, then reminded myself that he is the same age as me and we went to university together (I knew him well enough to stop and chat on the stairs, not well enough to hang out other than that, except at house-parties). “It all just disappears doesn't it? Everything you are, gone in a moment like breath on a mirror,” indeed.
Cool.
So your only 41? Relax, you've got a lot of life left to live...
He’s alzo my grandson, and I’m only 40
@@chubbyboy2242 My happiest days are passed now, and that’s okay. My only regret is that I will never know anything like the glory of getting second-billing on the poster for Morbius.
@@Jim_mears Well since no one can predict the future... There's no way you could possibly know if your happiest days have passed.
Galadriel and Daemon Targeryen together in a folk horror film? Gimme gimme gimme!! 🤗🤗
Man, this new House of the Dragon trailer looks good... Oh, look there's also Galadriel in it!
Incredible novel. I cannot wait for this
There were two versions of the novel with two different endings. I wonder which version they'll adapt.
Hell yeah! 👍🏻
i can see matt smith making a very tragic frankenstein's creature with darker hair
Oh yeah!
Grand.
Galadriel said if you can't beat em, join em. Eh Matty?
yes
"I saw something nasty in the woodshed!"
I am interested! 😂
Looks very Phil Rickman, which is good
looks awesome
surely it is a Daemon, oops, demon
From the director of the incredible Apostasy doing a horror movie with Matt Smith from Morbius? HELL YES
Matt Smith "from morbius " 😅😅😅😅 oh young people crack me up
I haven’t seen Doctor Who if your wondering
@@Moviefandumb You haven't lived
😱
I only know Morfydd Clark feom RoP and this already looks like a better performance.
Yea I’m down haha
know that you are susceptible to this world
Just to be safe, maybe we don't talk about that one guy in the Freakazoid cartoon. Just this once.
Now, Inglewood Jack, on the other hand-
Can anybody explain this obsession with "folk horror?" What exactly is "folk horror?"
Folk horror is horror with a focus on isolated rural settings and the darkness and cruelty inherent in nature, explored through things like paganism, folklore and local superstitions.
The obsession is that it’s currently a popular way of approaching horror whilst also not requiring expensive elaborate effects to make effective, people want to watch it and it’s not super expensive to make them
@EonChao-dr7yb thank you this reply was eloquent and this makes sense to me! I actually may go see this now! 🙏🏿
It’s actually a time honoured British genre. Watch Blood on Satan’s Claw, The Wicker Man, Robin RedBreast and Penda’s Fen and you might begin to get some idea.
Too many weird noises.
Morfydd Clark is good in horror, suspense and even drama movies but not Lord of the rings. Sorry but not sorry.
Geez... Morfydd has fewer facial expressions than Keanu Reeves.
