Dude with the white white gloves was obviously trained, experienced and knows what he’s doing. The guy getting dealt leather seemed to have put in some work and is probably pretty good on the street but he’s probably not getting the same level of training. He was overmatched with this particular guy. On the other hand… from what I’ve seen he could give a lot of guys form other videos some real trouble.
Oh man I’d have to disagree as far as your opinion on black gloves. I don’t think black gloves has done any kind of sparring and he’s probably terrible on the street. The first punch he threw he ducked his head and closed his eyes with absolutely no power. Then he follows up with 2-3 more powerless shots with his head facing straight down. He realizes he’s getting hit in the face when he ducks his head so the next time he’s goes to throw punches he pulls his head up and leaves his chin wide open. Then gets knocked out. Also displaying he has a weak chin because from the looks of it those are 14-16oz gloves and have quite a bit of padding in them. Not mention I’d say white gloves was probably putting in like 70% effort.
I noticed how all of these guys were good sports whether they won or lost. No one cried and went and got a gun. No knives pulled. No chickenshit bragging or any bullshit behavior. No saggy pants shit talking jackoffs. This is so great! This is so good for young men to train like this! I hope they are all running, sparring, bag training, and all other aspects of their training.. Throw away or limit use of your smart phones, get back in the ring! Bigger the heart, Bigger the show! Watching a fighter catch another wind, and overcome is what makes a pure spectator like myself get behind a fighter and support him in his merchandise, other endeavors, and happiness. Watching a fighter go down on his shield, gives the spectator an illusion of what life can be like sometimes.. and emotionally connects the spectator to the fighter. I think you guys are missing some of the psychology behind your productions. There should be no laughing or anything outside of the script when you’re announcing the fight that way you build more action instead of a relaxed exhibition atmosphere. Let these fighters put on a show without stopping it so often… As a spectator I really enjoy watching you build your empire and legacy, thank you to the fighters.
When you train - put in the work - you have to have a real fight to see where you stand - and where you can improve. This is the value of Scrapyard fighting - just a way for two guys to see where they stand in their skills. The winner here could have clocked the other guy - but he let him have some dignity for trying.
Based on what I've heard of how match ups are made, at least one of these guys lied about their training/experience. Either one guy drastically overestimated his abilities or the other guy is a sandbagger.

A well placed punch is useless when nothing behind it is backing it...that's what my coach tought not everyone has a glass jaw or an easy hit temple...even the non experienced fighters could take some punches it just depends

Kid in the white gloves - nice skillset. Stayed calmed and relaxed, used the jab to set up the left hook / right hand combo kds. One of the best looking 3/2 combos i have seen in these backyard fights. Kudos to the other guy for getting back up even though her knew we was going back down If you want to see that same combo thrown with thunderous power watch the rematch of Lennox Lewis vs Hasim Rahman. The Lewis's right hand landed so hard you could see Hasim's teeth tore though his cheek.

Head movement, footwork, feints, fakes, setups, combinations, and more. Good boxers are basically scientists using a bunch of different tools to provoke the desired opening. If you know what you're looking at you can see the formulas he used to create both knockdowns. To focus only on his power is to completely miss how elegant a fighter he actually is.

There are ways to use your size to your advantage to a smaller oppent. The only time the smaller guy wins, if he knows something. Otherwise, the smaller guy will be quickly overtaken. I hate these people that always say: "Don't underestimate" well, everytime I have called it for the big guy winning over the small guy, I was never wrong. The bigger guy almost always wins, unless again, the smaller guy knows something.
These amateur fights are often as good as the pros. The skill level isn't the same but these guys are doing it because they just love doing it. That actually makes a huge difference.
