My Bremont (Broadsword Recon) is my favourite and most worn watch out of my whole collection. I was initially hesitant about buying a Bremont because of the negativity, but so glad I did. It really is a quality watch. Enjoy what you like. Happy new year.

Happy new year! I’ve got the previous gen Bremont s302, I purposely didn’t buy the bracelet version as it’s even more horrific than the seamaster bracelet (at least that has micro adjust!). BUT I absolutely love it - Andrew and time and time said it perfectly - it’s British luxury, like Land Rover. It has its foibles, idiosyncrasies etc, it’s far from perfect but built like a tank and it’s extremely loveable. Such a shame what’s happened to them in 2024.
It's rare to see someone admit to owning a Bremont, especially after the catastrophic rebranding. I have an Arrow 2 and I love it. I have some motorbikes that range from 60s and 80s hardtails to modern street bikes. I bought Bremont for the vibration resistance that the brand marketed themselves on. Now I dont know what the brand stands for, but I still love my Arrow 2, regardless of the Hublot level of hate.

You made the right decision, if you weren’t wearing the Rolex then sell it! I bought 3 watches right before the end of the year: • Omega Aqua Terra World Timer • Vacheron 7391 from the 70’s. Solid gold case, dial and bracelet. • Wittnauer gold plated tank style watch from the 50’s. My favourite of the 3 is the Wittnauer and I paid about £250 for it! Just haven’t bonded with the other 2 at all. Cost, prestige, quality etc. don’t really resonate with me. I have to like the watch first! If I don’t like it then I’m not going to wear it so off it goes!

Love my Bremont Supermarine’s. Highly recommend Delugs curved end rubber straps for it. They make a new thinner version which I prefer. Great video! ❤

Yep, the seiko quartz followed by the bremont then the CW
