If I may ask, what kind of genre is this? All I did was search for 'speed jazz' and this came up. Also, any other samples with the same upbeat vibe, like you are being chased through a crowded market place?
Aaron Burgess i think this would be considered bebop jazz, the bongos and the fast pace, aswell as the usual jazz elements, are all things associated with bebop.
The Thrill did a soundtrack for a Japanese anime called Blue Submarine No. 6, the soundtrack is absolutely fantastic. I’m the same vein you’d probably enjoy the soundtrack for Cowboy Bebop by the Seatbelts. I am not into anime by any stretch but these two soundtracks are masterpieces of jazz.
