Also wondering the same. I had bottomed out the mag on the rail, had the test sight ring at 0 but had to mark line 4 as my 20. I shot and got my marks out to 100 and when I put my new sight tape on with 20y at the primary indicator everything is off because I was really 4 lines down from being bottomed out.
I think what it are asking about is explained at about 3:30. (1) rotate dial to dead stop [zero] (2) use wrench to move housing down to lower third (3) start under 20yd, and walk back to 20, adjusting dial until you are hitting at 20yd.. you have 3 options here. 1- lower housing if you have room. 2- loosen dial and adjust so it is bottomed out. 3- leave it as is and mark 20 on your setup card etc.
Ty bro great vid!!! Me and my girlfriend just started drinking when I turned your video on. Every time you said AHH. She had to take a drink. Every time you said UMMM I had to take a drink! We are F'ed up!!! 😂🤣😅 what an awesome way to start a fantastic evening! Can't wait for the lens kit to come out!! You guys offer the coolest looking Optics in archery!!!
In this video Scott moved off of the dead stop to make number six to his 20y but at the end of the video he went back to dead stop which would be off from where his 20y was at number six. Am I missing something? Thank you
So Scott actually called me directly a few weeks ago since I had the same question. Basically you actually zero the mag for your 20 yards so that the "dead stop" is at 20. Not entirely sure why we even really factor in a mark for 20 yards when in the end you want to make sure you actually move the scope housing to zero at 20. There is no secret way to adjust the dead stop to be at lets say line 6 which is where you may need to be for 20 yards. Basically move the mag up and down on the rail by loosening the screws, once you have that set to be accurate at 20 yards, then you could get all of your other marks and find your tape.
Yeah I just figured this out the hard way after a lot of shooting to confirm my marks were good … basically have to redo all that work. Would be great had the video explained that rather than basically doing it wrong.
That was the entire intent of this site was extended range. Or was my impression of it and there was talks regarding extended tapes. Little bummed it’s in 100yds. On my ctr pin I can shoot out to 130yds, if I use the bottom pin and bubble (spot hog) I can reach 155yds give or take. Granted I don’t really need the extended range, be nice to have the tapes though or the ability to make them on archers advantage.
@@caninphx HHA and SpotHogg have some extended sight tapes. would have been cool to see longer ones on this sight too. i know those longer ones are pin point accurate but they get you close enough to start.
Are the UX3XL adaptable to your frame? Also: have you been hunting with it yet? Any experiences you can share? Looks very promising, what you're doing there. Cheers from Germany.
If you can afford a Spot Hogg then you can afford this! Just a couple of weeks without Starbucks, Burger King, and random purchases you should be good to go! The affordable options can be found at Cabelas.. they all work but you also can't find a Hoyt or Matthews at Cabelas.. its just a different level!
Love the video bro! “Because this is America…” 🇺🇸
Is this the same sight in process for the new Prüf sight also?
What are the three brass pins for
I have my sight (right hand) and this instructional video doesn’t make sense. I am hoping there is another video that is a little more detailed?
What do you do to adjust the zero stop so that you bottom out on your 20 yard mark?
Wondering the same

Is there something in the dial adjustment to loosen it up? It is extremely tight and difficult to move
Please show the process of finding your 20 yards bottomed out. You skip over that most important part.

Why don’t the sight tapes go beyond 100 yards?
You can go on their website and print out custom ones that go out to 150! 🤙🏼

What is the big black button for behind the wheel are
Dial break.. holds the dial tight making it very hard to move

can't wait to get mine! any plans on making extended range sight tapes?

Just uploaded one showing where to adjust them on the sight!

Yes, we have a frame-only option on our website for those running Ultraview scopes!
I hand out west so I can’t use it until you make a five pin adjustable say, the animals out here don’t hang out while I’m playing with the wheel
Better lighting and more close-ups please.
Sure wish it was priced for the normal consumer

I heard Scott was personally delivering these dressed as Santa. I will be disappointed if this is not the case.
*Scooter - he’s coming.
