    Hello friends,
    Today we are preparing Osso Buco together. Osso Buco, also known as veal shank, is one of the most popular flavors of Italian cuisine. You will love this dish, which is cooked for a long time with vegetables over slow heat.
    Ingredients (for 4 people)
    * 4 slices of osso buco (1200 gr)
    * Potato - carrot - onion
    * Grated tomato
    *Garlic
    *1 teacup of oil
    * 1 tablespoon tomato paste
    *1 teaspoon salt
    * 1 teaspoon of black pepper
    * 1 teaspoon of rosemary
    * 1 tablespoon of vinegar
    * 1 glass of flour
    Fabrication
    Let's add the veal shank pieces to flour. Let's take the oil in the pot. Let's turn the meat 1 turn in hot oil quickly and set it aside. Add onion, garlic and salt to the same pot and turn it until it turns color.
    Let's line it up on veal shanks. Let's add the grated tomato, tomato paste, black pepper, rosemary and vinegar. Let's put about 3 cups 3 enough to cover the meat. Let's close the lid and let it cook on low heat for 1.5 hours.
    After 1.5 hours, let's open the lid, add potatoes and carrots. Let's close the lid again and continue to cook on low heat for 1 hour.
    It will be cooked for 2.5 hours in total.
    I recommend you to use a deep plate when serving. Let's put vegetables next to each piece of meat and pour a lot of sauce on it.
