  • In this video we have an epic showdown between my Peacock Mantis Shrimp and one of the biggest Algae/Rock Hermit Crabs I've ever seen. I thought this would be all over quickly but as you'll see this hermit crab doesn't know the meaning of the word quit and made a great opponent for my mighty mantis shrimp!

    I just stumbled onto your channel and just love it. If this is the most recent video I hope you’re still putting out content. Love mantis shrimp and can barely watch these people who have them cramped in these tiny bare tanks and won’t leave them alone when they’re feeding. You have beautiful tanks and take great care of your animals and the videos are top notch. The presentation, the editing, all of it. Hope to see more.

    What would work great with water quality is a roller filter. I love the setup with Bruce

    • @KungFuShrimp
      @KungFuShrimp  2 місяці тому

      An unpopular opinion these days buit I'm not a fan of roller filters or even filter socks if I can help it. For me it filters out too many of the good micro organisms. I prefer to run relatively slow flow through my sump to allow things in suspension to settle out then clean this out periodically.
