    Ingredients:
    2 yellow squash, sliced
    2 zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash (Blend)
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    Salt, to taste
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    Black pepper, to taste
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Vegetables: Slice the yellow squash, zucchini, and onion into even-sized pieces.
    Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
    Sauté the Onions: Add the sliced onions to the skillet and cook until they become soft and translucent.
    Add Squash and Zucchini: Toss in the sliced squash and zucchini. Stir well and let them cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still have a slight bite.
    Season the Vegetables: Sprinkle the vegetables with Mrs. Dash, thyme, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Stir to coat evenly.
    Cook: Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are well-seasoned and lightly browned.
    Serve: Remove from heat, serve hot, and enjoy your healthy and flavorful side dish!
