According to TV maps I’ve seen, that area they started developing by 301 is connected to Hammock at Fenney by TV-owned property. I’ve assumed they’re waiting for the 301 reroute - perhaps there is government holdup with that project for some reason. The main road through Hammock at Fenney ends at a fence between 2 houses where there is plenty of room to continue the road further south & then west.
Thanks for the update! The nearest executive golf course from the Enclave is actually across the turnpike in WellPoint. The nearest course to the Enclave is a Championship course near Ezell.
We live next to Sawgrass and IMHO newell, denham and dabney are currently out there. If you live in the heart of dabney you are 5 miles away, or a 10 minute car ride to bexley bridge/sawgrass or a 15-20 minute golf cart ride. There is a publix and strip mall at 470&27 which isn't to far away but leesburg is a good 6 miles away. Neither of which those 2 locations are golf cart assessable. As they build down south (years upon years away) hopefully they get a lot more stores in place, but, again, it won't have a quick way to be golf cart assessable. You will have to go to bexley bridge. On a side note after living here 3 years now we don't even own a golf cart because we could care less about the "experience" and found out pretty much right away we can go anywhere faster and more comfortable in a car.
This is a very good point. I wonder how many other people choose a car over a golf cart. I just feel like you move to the area for ease of amenities, not to drive 15 to 20 minutes like those areas.
Magnolia Plaza is golf cart accessible. I believe there will be more TV houses across the street on 470 (by Dabney). If that is true it will be close golf cart accessible to Eastport. It is golf cart accessible to Eastport now via the Bexley Bridge. Also, The Enclave is a premier neighborhood. Houses and bond are more expensive.
Not with the construction going on in the Eastport area. I really think they are waiting on the 301 bypass or connectivity to Hammock at Fenney because right now there is zero.
I was told that area by Fenney was sold by the villages. This is because they shifted the focus south. The enclave a taking forever based on location. The remaining lots are only 39-59K been discounted multiple times. Beautiful neighborhood but It’s so far from anything and most people don’t want that.
I understand the bonds and it is super far. They were discounting lots in Danny not too long ago also. The are by Fenney is still marked on their property maps on their website. Maybe they haven't updated it yet.

I agree, it’s been there forever. They don’t typically take that long to accomplish an area like that
At minute 4:30 on the video is The Enclave. Premier homes and almost sold out. It is golf cart accessible from Dabney. Nice flyover.

Thanks for the heads up!

you've found a great place to fly your drone. congratulations. not an easy thing to find in central Florida.
I believe the area you called the Cove is actually the Enclave.
It is 😱
No that’s not the Enclave.
@ what is it called? Just Dabney?
@@PapaPineapples It actually is The Enclave at Dabney.
And they are Premier homes, not Designer homes.
I live in Hammock of Fenney and my guess would be they are waiting for the rerouting of 301 before finishing the connections and start contruction?
I agree

I called them designer homes... I knew they were premier and I am not sure why I got lost lol
@ you are a busy man!😂
Do these homes have bonds?
They all do, the newer area houses have bonds that are huge
@@PapaPineapples The Morris Family must love that! LOL

Could it be even the villages is reaching a saturated market and a pause on the pace of new construction?
