Hello my name is Ian I would like the floor plans for this house I am planning to build the house in davao can you give me more information on how to get the floor plans but with out the car port I be making that into a living room and dining room

Very nice design, na-utilized ng mabuti ang lot area. Galing naman ni Architect. 👍
So far this is one of house designs that I appreciated most. If this house is located in Manila, this surely would cost 20M above.
Ilagay mo p s alabang yan nsa 50M na agad yan

One mistake is the placing of aircon at bedroom 2 directly above the cabinet. In the long run, the water drip from the evaporator will rot the cabinets.
It's inverter type. The evaporator is located outside the building connected in an aircon unit using a flexible host.

Maganda ang bahay at maraming beds para sa presyo. Hindi ka din madalas makakakita ng bahay na around 12M na may bedroom sa ground floor. Kung may pera ako sa architect nito ako magpapagawa ng bahay. Maganda ang flow at layout ng bahay. Hindi siya magulo at na utilize ng maayos ang lahat ng space. Ang concern ko lang parang sumikip sa second floor dahil may "enclosure" sa family room at yung finishing sa wall ay dark colored. Mas okay siguro kung diffused na white or off white na paint or anything light color na paint sa hallway sa second floor. Saka yung mga bedrooms sumikip at lumiit tingnan dahil sa dark accent wall. Iba kasi nagagawa ng light paint sa isang space. Mas maaliwalas at maluwag tingnan. Pero dito it feels suffocating. I understand na ang theme ay industrial pero pwede naipakita na yun sa maraming areas ng bahay pati sa mga cr. Dapat sa bedroom light paint lang since decent size ang lahat ng mga bedrooms lumiliit lang tingnan dahil sa dark accent walls. Pero maganda ang bahay na ito. Yun lang talaga concern ko.
This house is so gorgeous, everyone who were involved in this project did a wonderful job. Plus I really like the way you present this house. You don’t have to keep on introducing the “water closet” kasi hindi naman lahat knows what it is. Thank you

I don’t know if you need to hear this but from my own point of view, you need to invest smartly, if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $325k in raw profits from just q4 of the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy. mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.
@@d_ken Actually I’m an amateur investor, i have 2 IRAs, I do not like the cookie cutter responses from Fidelity, Vanguard Schwab, etc 7%-9% year on average, how do you invest?
My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like i have a particular fund i invest in, plus i don't do that by myself. i follow the trades of KAREN GAYE GRAY. She is a popular broker you might have heard of. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial adviser as her diversification skills are top notch, I’m saying because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along, my portfolio just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.
Normal people buy in at high prices the stock market goes down, companies buy stocks back cheaper by introducing some "disaster" Stock rises after a disaster and the cycle repeats.. Having a good entry and exit strategy, will make you succeed in the stock market.

Grabe napakapulido ng gawa napakagorgeous kudos to the contractor. Namaximize din nang sobra yung 150 sqm. lot. I'd like to consider this design for my lot which has the same size.

"Full bath" to be super technical has a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. Each component is a quarter point. So if it's missing the bathtub that is 3/4 bath.

You get your money's worth with this because here in the state 200k don't even look like that. Few minor change/add to this house, would put another gate leading to the pool area, would shrink the dirty kitchen to accommodate a laundry room and the outside laundry would a storage facility. Next would replace shower divisions to full doors. Last but not least would convert the masters bedroom terrace (half of it) to full walk in closet. If you are married you know what I mean. Other than that the house is impressive thanks in part to the architect.
Sana tinuloy na yung balcony sa itaas ng carport. Tapos yung cement finish lang ang hindi ko gusto. Yan at gusto ko na magpagawa ng ganyang bahay sa inyo. 😊

it's called modern tropical, this type of homes would be suitable and beautiful in Davao due to the tropical geography, it would suit the entire PHilippines actually it should have a tropical villa feel with lots of tropical foliage. though these homes they're showing in the PHilippines don't have any, or very little, greenspace or backyard that is the only downside.

I remember Pampanga was always flooded with rain water during wet season. Is that area were safe from water? How far that is from Clark Airport? One more thing that you forgot to mention about the pantry.....gas or electric stove already been outdated although love the entire concept of the house especially the pool in which a little tight. It just need a little modification cause it looks way to dark indoor. I’m gonna rate this model from 7 out 10. Filipino here from California. God Bless !!!

Filipino developers keep on pushing for western design houses when the Philippine weather works against it. It ends up so hot inside, not very energy efficient, needing a “dirty kitchen” and needs a ton of airconditioning.

Wait! For such a big house you didn't create a foyer area? so as soon as you open the door you're actually in the living room already. Foyer for big houses is a must that way you can receive and welcome your guests before stepping into the living room.

Too close to the road, house is large, lot is tiny. Location is the only thing you can't change, so it's the most important thing when choosing a house.

For this property with limited space. I dont think having a pool is necessary. I would have made my ground floor bedroom bigger and add up a staff quarter beside the dirty kitchen.
