Is there a video like this for MF 1736? My manual says there is 2 filters on hydrostatic models but dealer only sold me one yesterday. These owners manuals are way too vague.
So my MF dealer says they don't sell or use synthetic oil in GC1725 or any MF machines for that matter. I generally always preferred synthetic oil, I would still do oil change at specified intervals, UT wouldn't synthetic be better? I am about to do 250 hours service on 2020 GC1725M
These are the part numbers for the 2019 GC1725MB Air Filter 6259119M91 Engine Oil Filter 3710280M3 Hydrostatic Filter (Can) 6258877M91 Hydrostatic Filter (Screen) 7069558M92 Hydrostatic Filters O-Rings 4264754M1 Engine Oil Plug O-Ring 3707793M1 I also recommend the kit MFKITA1 or MFKITA2 which has all the parts in a kit (difference is the A2 is for 2 service intervals).
Where is a dip stick to check fluid level or a site glass. I just bought a brand new 1723 and found one of the lines leaking at 4 hrs on the machine and can't find anywhere to check the level
Thanks for watching! The site glass is located on the rear of the tractor, just to the left of the PTO shaft. You can see at 2:13 in the video. You can also check your operator’s manual in section 4.3.1 for reference or visit your local dealer to take a look at the parts manual.

Why isn’t there a parts list in the operators manual?
