Called out from work today, didn't sleep well and felt like crap. Cherry on top is that I work 9pm to 5:30am so basically a six day work week and burnt out.
Honestly, idk how you guys manage to cope with these hours. I've tried it, but by 4am I'd basically sleepwalk through the rest of my shift.
I told one woman I work for never ask me what I really think you really don't want to know of the hatred and the rage and the pain the suffering because do you really want to know This.

The rage is real. I make just enough and have sufficient benefits to have gotten back into therapy. Having a male therapist helps. He says my anger is quite justified.
Just the burnout loan and the inability to experience fun things is really the extent of the problem

Steam, if I may be so bold as to recommend something, there's a book called "Convict Conditioning" by Paul Wade. Sells on ebay at the moment. Pretty good for someone with your discipline yet feeling the doldrums at this moment. Something to do privately when you don't have the weights and machines and don't feel like seeing people. I look like the epitome of prole manhood (overweight, pot belly, graying hair) yet the exercises Wade recommends for my current fitness level have improved my knees for the bicycle. Check if there's a copy in a library nearby.

The technical word you're looking for is general strike. And yes, I think it's about time the weasination. Get this done re peaceful non-violent means blocking roads walking off of jobs. That means talking to your neighbor talking to people. Who you may not share politics with but you know what? Talk about the stuff that's hurting you and hurting them and boy. Or do you find things in common?
