i am pakistani punjabi, i agree with tarik fateh, exept for when he talk about punjab, we punjabis are proud of punjabi language and culture. only U.P culture is visible in big cities and rich areas, because of two reason, one because of hell lot of non-punjabis in these areas during partition (obviously when those people came, they settled in cities, while punjabis were mostly dominant in villages, and some did false claim on what they owned in india before partition and got rich) second U.P culture has kind of become fashion in those areas, hence punjabi culture is kind of vanishing and U.P culture is flourishing in those rich areas and obvioulsy these rich people control politics or higher ranks, while real punjabis are stuck with their agriculture (we feel proud on that). punjab is being controlled by rich kashmiri family (nawaz sharif and shabaz sharif), who got nothing to do with punjab, but since they are rich they have been controlling punjab for like 30 years, now.

I honestly feel that dialog went wrong and host didn't do justice.. I understand the anger of both sides but when they were praising about Atal Ji that he wanted to move ahead with talk I wanted to ask back to them that what happened to that talk.. India faced Kargil and such a shame that Pakistani army derailed the whole peace efforts that selected leader of both countries were honestly making.. Same Musharraf became president later.. India has never run away from peace but anyone has a limit and India is at the point where currently give has learnt some hard lesson.. When Pakistan was suppose to come and talk about peace and terrorism India already told them they they must not meet hurriyat and see what they did.. Despite of communicating clearly they didn't respect the Indian Govt and went ahead with the talk so in other words they cared more about hurriyat than talk with India.. I am just saying -- because I know people on epithet side can see what is wrong with the leader in pak..
