What The DLCs Could Have Looked Like - Planet Zoo Speculation

- Over the course of Planet Zoo's lifespan, we have received 15 DLCs as well as the deluxe edition that released with the game. But some of the animals were less idealistic to many, so let's see what we could change in the DLCs to make the DLCs potentially better. Enjoy!!!

To me, these could have been there.
African leopard for Africa and Grasslands Animal packs.
Perentie for Australia and Arid Animal packs.
Small fish for Exhibit like clownfish and piranhas for Aquatic and Wetlands Animal packs.
Yeah. It is strange. We have a lot of African Specis but the leopard is still missing.
I also like the perentie.
But i think, they fear the idea, because that would be only reskins😅.
@@abbald if I ask "what's wrong with reskin?"
@@leehonglocal Nothing. I also would like to have some. But maybe after other animals are added and not the same prices. Like a reskin pack with Mountain-Zebra and Masai-Giraffe.
I know you can brainstorm more ideas, but I was hoping for a list of animals represents the previous DLCs as well as the Winter 2023 DLC of Planet Zoo.

*Noted that those two may look like each other, but the African Wolf is NOT the African variety of a Golden Jackal, because Golden Jackals lived in Eurasia, while the African Wolf lived in Northern, Eastern, and Western Africa.
Yeah, I think if Planet Zoo had to have a final DLC, then I definitely would consider a large animal pack representing all previous dlcs
This would be a cool video to see since a lot of these animals were expected to be in some packs which later turnout to not be true though honestly I thought they should have done 10 species for all the dlc's plus the deluxe pack
The Arid Animal Pack is my favourite of all DLCs!
interesting, that is pretty much the opposite from all Planet Zoo community members I have heard from
@redpandareggie3642 Yes I know. But still, my favourite animals are ungulates (and pangolins), and rhinos are my favourite ungulates. And I love African animals more than anything. I also really wanted to get the dromedary, the addax and the sand cat. I didn't expect to get the black rhino, and this was a very very pleasant surprise. When the announcement trailer released, I was so excited I couldn't move.
In a version of planet zoo where we would have unlimited slots, we could have a lot more animals in base game and dlcs, so i would like to share my versions about how would I have redone the dlcs, I don't know if it will sound very realistic to most of the community, but I'm pretty sure they would love and would say that it would be far better than the original ones lol. So here I go.

Alright, so in this version, there are no animal packs, instead i used an inspiration in the animal pack that included 8 animals to more 8 animals, so every dlc has now 16 animals and all of them have new building pieces, plants and scenery. I think if the dlcs were like this, we would have more biodiversity and more endangered species and plus common zoo species so we can build any realistic zoo.
Like your idea though your missing some animals like the capybara and llama
@@ramonsilva682 the reason why I didn't include capybara and llama, it's because most of the original dlc animals were moved to the base game, and most of the base game animals are now dlc animals, I didn't include the llama, because people wanted guanaco over llama.
Hey! Do more Future Planet Zoo DLC speculations looked like for me!

interesting ideas, most of them I could actually have seen happening, but why did you put two ratites in the grasslands animal pack, the rhea and emu, surely another animal could have been in there instead?
@@redpandareggie3642 Oops, I put the emu in my grasslands pack by mistake!
I think Planet Zoo should release a few more DLC expressing concern for the environment
Such as Deforestation, Global Warming (Melting Ice Caps), Water Pollution
And with those packs adding animals that we still rank highly on our wishlist like the Tree Kangaroo, Muskox, Rockhopper Penguin etc.
Those packs would be quite an interesting concept, packs based around some of the environmental issues, like potentially the ones displayed on the conservation education boards, stuff like the amphibian extinction crisis, poaching and exotic pet trade, potentially even traditional medicine focused around animals like tigers, bears, pangolins and rhinos.
If I could change the Roster, here is my opinion:
Deluxe pack: Komodo Dragon, Blackbuck, Pygmy Hippo
Arctic pack: Arctic Fox, Polar Bear, Walrus, Caribou
South America pack: Mata-Mata Turtle, Giant Anteater, Black Howler, Jaguar, Guanaco (Llama is livestock)
Australia pack: Frilled-neck Lizard, Southern Cassowary, Emu, Koala, Red Kangaroo

Southeast Asia pack: King Cobra, Probocisc Monkey, Dhole, Sun Bear, Binturong, Clouded Leopard, Malayan Tapir, Sulawesi Babirusa

North America pack: Alligator Snapping Turtle, American Aligator, Black-tailed Prairie Dog, American Beaver, California Sea Lion, Cougar, Moose, Musk Ox
Europe pack: Fire Salamander, Red Fox, Eurasian Lynx, Red Deer, Ibex
Wetland pack: Plumed Basilisk, Chinese Giant Salamander, Nile Crocodile, Red-crowned Crane, Shoebill, Great White Pelican, Platypus, Capybara
Conservation pack: Axotol, Siamang, Amur Leopard, Przewalski's Horse, Scimitar-horned Oryx
Twilight pack: Egyptian Fruit Bat, Short-beaked Echidna, Common Wombat, Aye-Aye, Raccoon
Grassland pack: 5 Butterflies same as the original game, Nine-banded Armadillo, Southern Ground Hornbill, Bennett's Wallaby, Patagonia Mara, Maned Wolf, Caracal, Black Rhino

Could you do a series where you have all the current animals in the game with no modded animals included ?
In one zoo, potentially
Could you do a video on a theoretical Planet Zoo 2, I’ve been thinking about it a lot with the Planet Costar 2 rumors and somethings I’ve personally thought up have been similar to what JWE2 did with having all the animals from the original game in the base game, slight to major remodels, more complex/improved exhibit and walkthrough animals, and obviously aquarium and aviary animals, but I would like to hear other takes on it
Yeah, Planet Zoo 2 has been in the heads of many for a long time, and given that Planet Zoo is continuing next year, there are still several animals to go. So I would pick a few new habitat animals, walkthrough animals, the new aviaries and aquariums, and several other new features including a new campaign
@@redpandareggie3642 the only other things I can think of would be a proper like seasons system and maybe a custom avatar thing like from ZTXbox but that last one was a last minute thought admittedly but still there could always be more
@redpandareggie3642 It only makes sense at being the same as Jurassic World Evolution 2 frontier listen
In my opinion the platypus should have been a exibit animal.
Lar gibbon was in tropical pack
Tasmanian devil and emu are in the game to
I know, but this was if it was different
You now that dromadery camel and arctic foxs are in the game
Yes, I know that, but this was in the sense of whether some DLCs could have been different, including species that would have been better and more unique, I am well aware of the dromedary camel and the arctic fox's presence in the game
Why the striped hyena?! its my favorite animal from planet zoo
Well they are generally associated more with deserts than grasslands, so their inclusion in the grasslands animal pack, though valid, could have been saved for a different animal like the Secretary Bird, and if it wasn't to have been in grasslands, I could have easily have seen it added in the Arid Animal Pack. Striped Hyena was also featured in ZT2, so I did see its inclusion as a likely eventuality. I am glad it is your favourite in Planet Zoo, Frontier did a good job with its redesign.
@@redpandareggie3642 oke, I love also the black rhino
@@Ldier614 that one is a good one
I pefor for a lant America animal pack
I sorry
Yeah Planet Zoo does not have much
