I love you but i do agree that the concealer/powder highlighting either side of your nose and under the eye is too light. It's creating the opposite effect of brightening and instead drawing the attention there as it looks strange and unblinded. Said with love .

I have the L’Oreal spray, it’s nice but doesn’t feel very moisturizing to me. Might try the Peach and Lily one. 😊
@@grespinosa yeah it's probably not very moisturizing, but I don't use it for that, I use it after I have applied all my makeup, and it brings a glow back to your face after powder takes it away.

That’s more like finishing spray to melt everything into the skin, not a settings spray, it’s great for dry skin tho. Setting sprays should not make your face look dewy and should make your make up last all day. If anyone is interested in a setting spray that will not let your makeup move, try coverfx high performance spray or the Charlotte Tilbury airbrush flawless setting spray.
a side note about the coverfx setting spray, it does leave like a sticky residue at first so you might not like the feel of it. and don’t wear a shirt you care about when spraying it because it will leave a weird residue on your shirt. i got used to it after i saw how long it made my makeup lasted. even after having and anxiety attack and crying in it 😂👌🏻. worth it.

@@wendyvoye3110i don’t really use drugstore setting sprays but the ones i did use in the past that i liked is the matte setting spray from NYX and there a matte one from Milani as well.

It's a setting spray and she is trying to say it also gives you a glow. I have never tried it but I commented before on this video, that the loreal setting spray in the pink bottle does the same thing and gives you a real nice glow..for alot cheaper.

No, quality ACTIVE skincare ingredients. The Maybelline one just makes you look dewy. There aren't any skincare benefits. And even if the Maybelline one claimed to have skincare, it's not good quality or actually high enough potency for the skincare to actually be effective. So if you are a caked face beauty who doesn't care about skincare, then the Maybelline one is absolutely fine because they do give a similar dewy-ness to the skin. But if you are all about skincare and keeping your skin youthful and beautiful, then peach and Lilly would be great

Yeah... This is exactly what glycerine in setting or any other facial spray does. And in this product this ingredient is like 3 or 4 in the list of ingredients. Any glycerine-heavy facial spray will do the job of just making skin shiny and dewy.

The concealer or the brightening powder you used on either side of your nose is literally the focal point of your face. Well, it will make it balance if you at least put a highlight on your nose to balance and somewhere else, like on the corner of your eyes to counteract the brightening on your face or highlight because now it looks like you have a butterfly on your face-observations with love.
