this video is so important because people need to understand that you cant just go from 0 to 100% healthy that easily but every step is a step! and its okay to still have things that might not be great for you if you balance it slowly but surely out. its just a healthy way to eating healthier and unlike the unrealistic instagram standards where it seems like being healthy (and loosing weight) is so easy. thank you jaclyn!
We also need to learn that there should not even be a 0% or 100% As long as you nurture your body and feed it with food that you love, give you energy and makes you feel good, you are already at 100% there is no specific way of eating that is “100”❤️
I agree. When I did keto...I went from trying for a month to make good choices then I fully did keto. That's how I do all my changes in my diet. Dip my toe in per say then go full in.
100%!!!! I’m proud of Jaclyn for sharing this, she has such a huge platform and this “tip” is vital. Do what’s manageable for YOU, don’t cut out everything you love, because it’s likely that’ll make you feel miserable and feel like you’re on a, “diet”. Put as many Whole Foods into your body and just do *your* best from day to day! Love the ideas, Jacklyn, and am looking forward to following the comments for some of the tips from your followers! I also have to say you’re looking GREAT!! Happy and healthy! Wishing you success on your new journey! 💕

Love the realistic and practical comment!! Sometimes you still need Doritos or ice cream, so you can just have them less often or smaller portions if you are trying to eat less of it. I would also argue that super strict diets can be bad for the mental health of the average person. (If it is making you feel good, that’s perfectly fine!) Remembering to be patient is also so underrated and difficult 🤣

I hope I’m not out of bounds for this but I’ve followed off and on for a few years and noticed an obvious change recently with you. That being said , I can’t describe the feeling I feel seeing an influencer go through daily life and see her navigate it in new ways for her self. Because ultimately that’s what this journey is about - yourself. Thank you for being so transparent, open and outrageously funny. I’ve enjoyed your video this morning 💜
I love this video, Jaclyn. It's about a healthy lifestyle and still promotes a healthy relationship with food. As somebody who has had to work through a dysfunctional relationship with food, I have some opinions (though they may not be to everybody's liking). I think having a healthy approach to eating really starts with mentality. At the clinic I went to, the number one thing they taught us was about intuitive eating was to use a hunger scale: it's best to stay between 3 and 6 because you eat to be satiated. You should never feel starving, nor uncomfortably full. We are also taught to try not to eat in front of a tv or computer because you're either too distracted to eat enough, or you eat too much because you're not mentally registering what signals your body is sending to your brain. Another lesson was that there is no such thing as good and bad food. All in moderation. And no "cheat days" either because it encourages unhealthy eating habits. The whole idea of listening to your body and chewing properly really creates a healthy relationship between your mind and body. You can work out which foods don't agree with you. For instance, I can't eat raw kale - instead I substitute it with parsley. Kale is a super fibrous vegetable and it's pretty hard on my stomach. Also, I can only eat 1/2 an avo a day. I use to eat a whole one and wonder why I had stomach aches afterwards. I don't eat more than a couple pieces of fruit a day because they're a carbohydrate and I like to still eat bread etc. If I eat pizza (I live in Italy!), I eat a few slices and a side of salad. I eat heavier meals like pasta for lunch, not dinner. If people are interested in learning more about the mental side, there are two really great books: 1) Just eat it: how intuitive eating can help you get your shit together around food by Laura Thomas Phd, and 2) The Brain Over Binge Recovery Guide (the second book, not the first one). It's not just for people with Bulimia, it's good for anyone who wants to mend their relationship with food. This comment is long, I know, it's just that dieting or telling other people how to eat can be dangerous that why I love Jaclyn's approach in this video.
Absolutely hope you never give up UA-cam I’ve been following you for years and I’m so proud of who you’ve become thank you for being a great role model
So glad you mentioned using a blender rather than a juicer! You’re absolutely right; the fiber is the most important part! Fiber prevents the spike in your blood sugar, and the crash afterwards, and necessary for digestion.
Girl I have watched you from the beginning and you look happier, and I have to say, it’s good to have you back. I love everything about you and I’m so proud of the woman you are today.
"Such yummy indulgences that will definitely give you diarrhea later." This is how I live my life... from snacks to relationships. Edit: Take that as you will.
I love Jaclyn personality so much. I haven’t seen her in so long. It’s so refreshing to see her living life, having fun and making mistakes like everyone else in the world. It’s so real. Loving the content.
I really appreciate how real you are about the struggles that you have to make healthy choices. I think that it’s really wonderful that you can feel good about the swaps that you’re making and don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not doing well because you’re doing absolutely fabulous and you’re inspiring me, dairy or no dairy!
GIRRRLL put that green cholula sauce in your mashed avocado. Nothing else. Just that. I'm telling you, it is a GAME CHANGERRRRR!! Just try it. Trrrryyy it.
I personally don't like the term "guilt free" when it comes to food. Eating something, anything, shouldn't be accompanied with a feeling of guilt, or relief because you don't feel guilty. Every food has its purpose, and I think labelling something as "guilt free" only enables a not so healthy relationship with food. It's all about balance ❤️ Puting that aside, everything looks delisshhhhh 😋🤤
agreed guiltless does not equal health. only time i like "guilt" to be used with food is if its not vegan though bc you should feel guilty enabling some of the most cruel industry practices like factory farming, killing the planet, separating babies from mothers, slaughter, etc. cuz that you one hundred percent should feel bad about. its just not fair to the creatures we inhabit the earth alongside. they deserve respect
I track most of my calories and watch my portions, but I never feel guilt around food. 80/20 is best. Veggies and fruit are great, as is a chocolate chip cookie or a slice of pizza. Like others have mentioned, it's about moderation. The only time I really feel "guilt" per se is when I feel like I've wasted food.
@@nobody-ft7vg Those animals were put on this earth for us to eat. So NO ONE should feel "guilty" for eating Cow, Pig, Turkey, Chicken..etc that's what they're here for.
@@nobody-ft7vg I'm not being "brazenly ignorant" I am telling F.A.C.T.S! Ask somebody. And I do care about all animals, but there are some animals that were (rather we like it, or not) put on this earth for us humans to eat.
Who would have thought I’d come to jaclyn for all food related things? love it girl and I appreciate the healthy options too! Working on being healthier myself :)
Jaclyn before: makeup 💄 Jaclyn now: food 🍴 As someone who has already tried many of her recipes: I am SOOOO HERE FOR IT!!! Thank you for blessing us with this deliciousness Jaclyn ❤️ I love it!!! yum 🤤
Just added 2 of these to my meal prep list for the week! I’ve been trying to embark on the lifestyle change too but it’s always so overwhelming. Thank you for giving healthy recipes that are easy, don’t cost a fortune and that actually look good!
I love jacs snacks! And I especially love this healthy version!!! I’m on my health journey also after having 3 babies, so now I have some new options to try! So thank you Jaclyn!
Jaclyn, I’m vegan & I really enjoyed this :) I do a similar breakfast thing either on toast or a bagel with cream cheese, avocado or hummus, tomato, onion, cucumber, & everything but the bagel seasoning. Also- for the smoothies pineapple or mango can really help sweeten it up as well. I could even do the tacos with vegan meat or some tofu and season it up
I literally love these videos so much. We had to evacuate last night because of hurricane Ida headed towards NOLA but I told my boyfriend- in the spirit of being positive there’s a new JACS SNACKS VIDEO I can watch today!! I am trying to be healthier too since finding out my food intolerances and this video is so helpful! Even without healthy options your snack ideas are bomb and they are things I would never think of! Please keep making them because we truly love them and they are fun to watch because you make everything so entertaining!
I loved this video and you acknowledge that everyone’s version of “healthy “ is different. But you are absolutely right, these snacks/ meals are WAY better than other processed foods! Love your video and love you ❤️
Girl your last video motivated me to also start my journey, to start a healthy life, and be a better version of myself in all senses. I love your transparency
love these snacks, but also just a PSA: carbs aren’t bad for you! they are literally the biggest source of energy that our body NEEDS. just because one food choice is right for one person, doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone. :-)
She's still eating other forms of carbs, but swapping refined grains for less processed grains (and seeds, like with Ezekiel bread) is definitely a good way to get more vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein. It's not a swap that everyone prefers (i certainly don't eat much whole grains, even being as health-conscious as i am) but if it's something she likes, then it's definitely not a problem. Especially because she's clearly also eating fruit, which is some of the healthiest carbs you can get :) (the lettuce tacos are definitely more about cutting down calories, because tortillas are usually just a lot of empty calories... definitely tasty and they definitely can have a place in a well-balanced diet, but again, she's still eating some forms of carbs so it's not like she's going into ketosis from having lettuce tacos)
Love it! She's taught me how to do my makeup. Since then, I've also started a UA-cam channel. I use at least 1 of her products in my videos every time. Cheers! 🌹
I really appreciate that these are genuinely simple recipes, nothing weird or fancy. I for one will never ditch carbs, I couldn't do the lettuce wraps. Cheese can go tho. To each their own.
Its taken me almost 3 months to lose 10 pounds and ive been eating cleaner and cleaner every week little by little! Take your time, youre doing great!! Proud of you and rooting for you in your health journey 🥰
Ginger Iced or hot tea is great sweetened with a little 100 percent pure maple syrup or honey its become a comfort thing for me over the years. Also theres a chanel called clean&delicious that I love for healthy recipes. I also love that you did a video like this and i cant wait to try that smoothie! Pls do more!
A tip Jaclyn, instead of processed taco seasoning. Buy some cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder. Use a tablespoon or two of each on your meat after you've browned it with chopped garlic and onion. Squeeze a fresh lime over top. This is way more "authentic" less sugar and salt. With way more flavor then a processed sodium packed taco seasoning I promise :) I add chopped peppers as well!
Would you consider doing a video on outfits? I’ve gained weight in the pandemic and I’m having trouble now that we’re opening back up in my area to have confidence and finding clothes to be comfortable in for work, going out, and the gym. You always look amazing and have such great style and I’m hoping I’m not the only one dealing with this right now 😅
Yes! And I am looking in the comments while watching the video to find the brand of her zip up hoodie. Mine always shorten up on my body and are never such a quality texture/nice looking...
These are actually really good! I have been trying to cut out more processed foods to for my family but I find I have a hard time making quick meals. Please do more of these short and healthy meal ideas! Love it!
absolutely love this series Jaclyn💛💛 just please please don’t be afraid of carbs. even in your snacks, it’s okay to have some type of carbohydrate for a more satiating feel. Keep up the great work girly💛💛
I definitely feel guilt when I think of things as healthy or unhealthy, so I like to think of the nutritional composition of food and aim for every meal to have good nutrients. That’s just what works for me though, so everyone do whatever makes you happy! 💖
I love all of these!! 😍 I’ve recently lost a good amount of weight & some things that helped me too is adding just a little bit of plain Greek yogurt to the avacado, it ups the protein (if you weren’t adding salmon) and you can’t even taste it! Also try out ground chicken breast. I find it not as dry as ground turkey can sometimes be!
Yes!! It’s all about small steps. I’m someone who used to try to do a million changes at once, and I’d fail. Slow, and steady is the best for weightless that lasts! You got this
Cheese is so addictive because it has casomorphin which it’s almost like morphine which is addictive. It releases dopamine in the brain and gives you pleasure. Lol I love cheese but I gave it up to eat a plant based diet. I would recommend “chao” which is a plant based cheese and is really good substitute for normal cheese. But I get you 😫
Yass girl! Congratulations on your new health journey! We all struggle to make better choices sometimes. Btw, adding pitted dates to your smoothie will make it sweeter and yummier. Plus you get the added natural fiber, vitamins & minerals, and antioxidants! Dates on their own are an amazing snack. Add a tiny dollop of your favorite nut butter in the middle, and an almond, or even tiny choc chips. Yuuum!!
I love how your realistic about your healthy snacks Ive seen so many healthy snack videos n alot of them have random ingredients that normal ppl don't have in their pantry
Yesss!!! Can't wait to try the banana English muffin! Also, I make Salmon Avacodo toast. I pickle the red onions though. I mash the Avacodos with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, s&p and Greek seasoning (cavendars). Spread that on the toast, add salmon & pickled red onions on the top along with fresh tomatoes and capers. Drizzle that baby with reduced WHITE wine vinegar (can only find a Publix) and omgggggg.. You guys will be in LOVE, no joke. Everyone that has ever had it is so shocked at the flavor profile and how obsessed they become immediately. (Also, I've added egg.. sometimes boiled, sometimes over easy)
I saw Jaclyn Hill eating healthy snacks so I started to eat healthy snacks 😂 No but seriously, thank you because it’s the end of the year and I’m sure a lot of us are wanting to complete our new year resolutions we forgot about. ❤️
JACLYN!!! Babe this video was honestly one of my favs from you! I may be biased because I love you lol HOWEVER, everything about this video was amazing. I looooovee how this is so easy to make for busy people, minimal ingredients, HEALTHY, and still satisfies you when you are trying to be better about your eating. The presentation: 10/10, lighting 10/10, Italian music? 10/10, your energy 10000000/10. I felt like I was literally watching a cooking show but soooo much more entertaining and RELATABLE!!!! All I want to say is, I am so happy you are making this lifestyle change as most of us are trying to do as well (at least I am lol) and I hope you make more videos like this! I don't know how many videos I have seen similar to this and that I have saved but most are just too complicated and expensive, whereas yours is literally sooo easy and affordable too! Win win!! Love ya girl and don't let anyone rub that smile off your beautiful face 😘❤️❤️❤️❤️
My pregnant self watching this video while devouring a street taco plate just because it's our girl JACLYN HILL & I miss "hanging out" with her via her videos! 💕
Smashed avocado smoked salmon toast is also my FAVORITE breakfast everrrrrr, but try it with scrambled or poached egg please, that’ll bring it to another LEVEL 🥺✨
From one foodie to another, these all look INCREDIBLE! I can definitely appreciate the time you took to make delicious foods that are healthy. Keep sharing your journey! It’s super helpful!
I was looking to see if someone said this. Even "flourless" is healthier, less carbs, "even though there is dairy in it.." and one thing is better than another. :/ Lovely recipes in general and I do love how she just LOVES food :D :)
Mmm gonna try all of these! By the way you can grow your own sprouts in a mason jar. Buy the seeds from your local gardening store (mine had “sandwich mix” sprout seeds) and buy “Masontops bean screen” on Amazon it’s a special lid for your mason jar for draining the sprouts. You just soak the seeds overnight and then rinse with fresh water daily and in 3-5 days have a big jar full of sprouts!! Your video reminded me I still have seeds to do this 😍
I'm so excited to try the salmon avocado toast! I already went to the store and got everything. I had weight loss surgery last year and this is exactly what I needed. Fresh ideas. Also found the cinnamon raisin muffins! Can't wait!
No no no. Stop trying to eliminate guilt and shame. There is nothing wrong with disciplining yourself. That is why this generation is incredibly unhealthy. Changing words won’t change how it affects your body. Live in the real world, not a bubble wrapped utopia of nonsense.
My favorite less-guilty treat lately has been banana slices drizzled with chocolate or peanut butter Pbfit (I add extra stevia to the mix to make it sweeter) and I top that with 1 or 2 dark chocolate chips per slice and then freeze them! It’s delicious!!! Kind of like banana ice cream bites!!!
Omg great idea. For the first recipe I was thinking an everything flavored rice cake instead of the bread! But I get why people would choose the bread instead😀
The second one is one of my fav foods!! If you don’t want it healthy or want to make it faster and rlly delicious, use a ciabatta roll, toast it, put butter, bananas and honey over it and WOW. Butter isn’t necessary and I usually skip it but it does make it creamy and adds a hint of salt to bring out the other flavors
I just made the smoothie (replaced the kale with cabbage bc I didn't have it) and it's really good! It has a hint of sweetness which is just enough to not make me add any more sweetening stuff! Thanks for this Jaclyn! x
I’m so happy for you. I have watched your journey for a couple years now… and I love seeing you grow. With struggle comes strength and you look truly happy. You’re an inspiration much more than you may know. Keep being you and do what you love girl! God Bless❤️ Xoxo
i'd love an all vegan episode!! (you may even surprise yourself discovering some of the alternatives (been dairy free for five plus years and many of the plant based choices are just as good (only one thats lacking is hard/melty cheese so far (soft cheeses they have nailed though like cream cheese/ricotta are so good))
Excited for your journey! Be careful with avocado etc though.. it may be ‘healthy’ but they are pretty high in calories, if you are trying to lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit
I’ve been making the smoothie almost everyday and it’s sooo good! I add protein or meal replacement to mine just depending on what I need for the day and it’s amazing! One thing I will say is just don’t drink it before bed or you will be up peeing in the middle of the night a few times 😂 not a bad thing, just a warning. It’s super good though lol
I love that you're being realistic with your healthy eating and changes! I'm in the same boat of needing and wanting to get back into it and the realistic ways help me get motivated SO MUCH!! So just thank you!! :)
I recently tried mixing the vanilla Dannon Light + Fit greek yogurt with organic cacao powder and it oddly resembled a chocolate pudding (almost, haha). I like putting wheat germ into my greek yogurt, as well as milled flax seeds to give it a nutritious boost. The wheat germ helps to add a different texture. I also like cutting up honey crisp apples and adding it to my bowl as well. Yum, yum! Those little "additions" with the wheat germ and milled flax seed make it way more satiating for me. Sometimes I will do this as my breakfast, but it will work as a snack too~!
What’s your favorite healthy snack?!? Share them with me!!!
Anything avocado is a must for me!!! 😅💖 love you jaclyn 🤍
I've never used butter lettuce for tacos, I feel like its going to be a game changer 🙌
Chocolate rice cakes, Nutella, strawberries on top!!!!
Apples cut up in slices with honey & cinnamon on top!!!
Cucumber 🥒 LIME and TAJIN. ORANGES AND TAJIN GREEN APPLES AND TAJIN. XICAMA AND TAJIN LMAO
can you share the amazon link to those cups ??

"Such yummy indulgences that will definitely give you diarrhea later."
This is how I live my life... from snacks to relationships.
Edit:
Take that as you will.
😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣 omg i laughed so hard at this
lmfao
Lmao!!!!!!
RIP booty or toilet 🤭
As someone who works from home and is always searching for a snack, this video is so helpful! I'm going to try every one of these!! Thank you Jaclyn!!
When Jaclyn Hill explains the taste, I just believe her 100%! Keep going to the healthier path, we're all here for it! 😊
Omg same haha
I love Jaclyn personality so much. I haven’t seen her in so long. It’s so refreshing to see her living life, having fun and making mistakes like everyone else in the world. It’s so real. Loving the content.
Wishing you health and happiness, Jaclyn and anyone reading this!🥰😍💖
I really appreciate how real you are about the struggles that you have to make healthy choices.
Trrrryyy it.
ua-cam.com/video/vkUrrQaf96Q/v-deo.html healthy snack
I personally don't like the term "guilt free" when it comes to food. Eating something, anything, shouldn't be accompanied with a feeling of guilt, or relief because you don't feel guilty. Every food has its purpose, and I think labelling something as "guilt free" only enables a not so healthy relationship with food.
It's all about balance ❤️
Puting that aside, everything looks delisshhhhh 😋🤤
agreed guiltless does not equal health. only time i like "guilt" to be used with food is if its not vegan though bc you should feel guilty enabling some of the most cruel industry practices like factory farming, killing the planet, separating babies from mothers, slaughter, etc. cuz that you one hundred percent should feel bad about. its just not fair to the creatures we inhabit the earth alongside. they deserve respect
So NO ONE should feel "guilty" for eating Cow, Pig, Turkey, Chicken..etc
that's what they're here for.
@@NaNaTT549 you are so brazenly ignorant selfish and heartless. it is truly astounding how you can be so bold and so incorrect at the same time.
Keep the healthy meal vids coming Jac! SO many of us are in this journey together with you ❤️
Jaclyn before: makeup 💄
Jaclyn now: food 🍴
As someone who has already tried many of her recipes: I am SOOOO HERE FOR IT!!! Thank you for blessing us with this deliciousness Jaclyn ❤️ I love it!!! yum 🤤
Omg same! I made her guacamole not too long ago, and Jesus it was incredible
@@nataliem4266 omg yaaaaaas!!!! 🥑
So proud of you girl! I’m on the same journey! Down 36 lbs and will be adding these recipes to my meals!
Well done. 😊
I literally started eating healthy and was looking for ideas a moment ago. Queen of reading minds!
Same!
I could even do the tacos with vegan meat or some tofu and season it up
Adding hemp seeds (hemp hearts) to the peanut butter english muffins would be great! A little texture and great omegas. :)
I cracked up at the “I’ve shared in the past yummy delicious foods but will definitely give you diarrhea later”. Omg so funny
love these snacks, but also just a PSA: carbs aren’t bad for you! they are literally the biggest source of energy that our body NEEDS. just because one food choice is right for one person, doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone.
Especially because she's clearly also eating fruit, which is some of the healthiest carbs you can get :)
(the lettuce tacos are definitely more about cutting down calories, because tortillas are usually just a lot of empty calories... definitely tasty and they definitely can have a place in a well-balanced diet, but again, she's still eating some forms of carbs so it's not like she's going into ketosis from having lettuce tacos)

Jaclyn always finds a way to make everyone's day happier, she inspired me to create my own UA-cam channel❤️💖
I think a shift from calling things “healthy” to calling them “nutrient-dense” might be helpful! Love this food content so much! 🧡 Keep ‘em coming!
Also, it would be great to stop calling foods "guilt-free." It implies people should feel guilt (or shame) for eating other foods.
Stop trying to change language and eliminate any and all negativity. It’s not REALITY. Healthy food IS healthy. Sheesh
I’m so proud of you Jaclyn. You’ve always been beautiful. I’m so happy to see you living your best life and how happy you are.
The pure joy on your face when you cut into the perfectly ripe, gorgeous green avocado! It's the little things in life! Happy Friday, Jac :)
I just love how excited you were to show these. You’re glowing! 🖤
32W pregnant with cravings out there Wooza! So this has been a hit!!!
Yummm😋 the salmon toast was delicious guys!!
Ps: looking gorgeous Jaclyn !
I LOVE HOW REAL SHE IS! A breath of fresh air in comparison to the beauty community nowadays…
She gets her carbs from veggies and fruits. I do the same thing and it’s helped me tons.
If she is trying to avoid carbs, let her be. This isn’t helpful.
Can we please talk about how POPPING AND BLINDING Jaclyn’s highlighter is throughout the video?? Gurll I wanna buy that!
I just started this journey of eating better and I’m so excited for this!!!
After ten years I am still obsessed and giddy every time you post a video! I love you! 😘
Yesss cooking channel JAC! Jordan has gotta be so proud 🙌🥲🥰👏👏👏
I'm SO here for healthy snacks!!!! Def will watch unhealthy snacks still but personally I like to lean towards healthier choices! Love you!!!
I definitely feel guilt when I think of things as healthy or unhealthy, so I like to think of the nutritional composition of food and aim for every meal to have good nutrients. That’s just what works for me though, so everyone do whatever makes you happy! 💖
I hardly ever cook but this video completely motivated me! please do more of these videos Jaclyn!
You got this
Please keep the healthy snack ideas coming! I can’t wait to try all of these! 😍♥️
Airfryer chickpeas so so good with different seasonings. Love these healthy recipes 😍
But I get you 😫
Honestly prefer these bc they’re so real. NEED MORE ASAP
Love these recipes!!
Love your channel !!!
💯
I saw Jaclyn Hill eating healthy snacks so I started to eat healthy snacks 😂
No but seriously, thank you because it’s the end of the year and I’m sure a lot of us are wanting to complete our new year resolutions we forgot about. ❤️
I love Jac’s snacks videos!!! Def trying that green smoothie🤤
If you want it to keep you full longer, put a scoop of your fave protein powder! Keeps ya full 2-3 hours after drinking! ❤️
Yeah… she said that
@@yam9434 I literally was about to comment the same thing. Ya beat me to it lol 🤣
Oops, my bad! Guess I was fantasizing about the toast I didn’t even notice she said it 🤤
I love the creativity, and how you modified all the recipes for different needs! I love food!! I WANT SOME MORE SNACK EPISODES
1. Editing is on point! 2. Really good choices of snacks I will try them ALL. (I took notes) 3. Looking forward to the next one!
From one foodie to another, these all look INCREDIBLE! I can definitely appreciate the time you took to make delicious foods that are healthy. Keep sharing your journey! It’s super helpful!
I loved this video! I would avoid using like "guilt free" like you did in the title cause I don't think any food should really make you feel guilty
I was looking to see if someone said this. Even "flourless" is healthier, less carbs, "even though there is dairy in it.." and one thing is better than another. :/
Lovely recipes in general and I do love how she just LOVES food :D :)
When you have a real unhealthy relationship with food then yes you will feel guilty. If you over eat and eat like crap all day that’s not okay.
Can't wait!
Holyyyyyy, Jaclyn is literally GLOWING, you look gorgeous!!!
friendly reminder that all food should be “guilt-free”. you should never feel guilty for eating ❤️ food is fuel!!!!
100%
yessss 🙌 and not to mention we should be grateful we have food to eat 😊
@@mindyb3197 amen!!
Recommend switching the ezekiel bread for a chocolate rice cake! Tastes like a nutter butter bar! Soooo yummy!
Sounds bomb
There is more nutrients in bread than there is in rice cakes so eating the bread will actually keep you satisfied and fuller for longer.
Omg great idea. For the first recipe I was thinking an everything flavored rice cake instead of the bread! But I get why people would choose the bread instead😀
I personally would rather use my daily bread allowance for something more hearty !!!! So the rice cakes was a great recommendation!
I can’t wait to try these recipes! And thank you for dropping the vid early. Perfect way to start my Friday! Love you, Jac! 🥰🥰
I just made the smoothie (replaced the kale with cabbage bc I didn't have it) and it's really good! It has a hint of sweetness which is just enough to not make me add any more sweetening stuff! Thanks for this Jaclyn! x
Watching this while I’m shoving Panda Express down my throat😳ok maybe tomorrow I’ll try these Jaclyn 😂
🤣🤣
I’m so happy for you. I have watched your journey for a couple years now… and I love seeing you grow. With struggle comes strength and you look truly happy. You’re an inspiration much more than you may know.
Keep being you and do what you love girl! God Bless❤️ Xoxo
i'd love an all vegan episode!! (you may even surprise yourself discovering some of the alternatives (been dairy free for five plus years and many of the plant based choices are just as good (only one thats lacking is hard/melty cheese so far (soft cheeses they have nailed though like cream cheese/ricotta are so good))
Yes! Totally agree!
The fact that this video came as I start my diet thank you so much love and I can’t wait to try all these recipes!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍
Excited for your journey!
Be careful with avocado etc though.. it may be ‘healthy’ but they are pretty high in calories, if you are trying to lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit
Yes calorie deficit is the only way!
Jaclyn i discovered Jicama wraps (at Trader Joe’s) and they are PERFECT for tacos! I also do low carb, and i tell you, its the BEST!!!!
I pretty much trust almost anything from Trader Joe’s so I’m definitely trying this
