Everything about the Downhill MTB World Cup track in Snowshoe is tough, especially in the wet. It's so tough that even the best in the game need to stop and take a break when trying to navigate the track for the very first time. UK MTB heavyweight Laurie Greenland has two UCI World Cup races worth of experiences in West Virginia, but he never tried this course in the wet. Hop on board as he takes us with him on his run 1 of the racing week in United States.

Shame cause it was perfect last weekend. Hopefully it dries out some before Saturday. Even this speed through there is terrifying. Snowshoe is such a loose and steep place to ride. Def worth trying if you haven’t

I'm super thankful to RedBull for making the entire series available for free on their app. From next year, discovery is taking over the DH and the fans are likely going to have to buy a "discovery cycling channel" subscription.
They allow quite a bit of rider footage. I’m not sure where you get the idea they don’t allow it.

Yes loz what a true professional Commentating while sending a road gap love it from BK’s track walk it looks more than a slip and slideThan a race track lol I still miss Gee Doing the course preview every year it’s amazing how he kept commentating down the track the whole way down he was such a natural but you and Reese Wilson and Jackson have been doing a great job

I think it usually means the track isn't open ahead, often because a rider went down and hasn't been moved outside the tape. Riders who encounter a red flag have to re-start their run. I think it happened to Mille Johnset in both races at Snowshoe last year.

Entire race is going to be determined by that right hander at 1:11 . It's such a hot turd of a turn. I'll never understand why guys at Snowshoe bother with turns in new sections. That brown clay is so thick you can't make hard direction changes in it without coming to a stop. Oh well....the fittest, most powerful mud rider will be up for the win this week. My money is on Finn or Minnar.

lmao jesus christ... this track is LITERALLY the hardest track on the cup circuit, and I mean that even when dry really... with the wet it's borderline... I just don't know how guys are riding it at race pace.
