      thats whats impressive about peak-level anything is that they're pushing the potential of the human form in highly specialized tasks to it's absolute capacity. here its split second decision making, balance, bike handling, etc. Incredibly impressive. I get the same feeling when I watch people like Peter Sagan race, or two great football teams going against each other. As I've grown older I've really started to appreciate the masters at work while they're at work.

      Be no means I’m a pro, or even close to be able to come alive down those rock gardens at a quarter of the speed, but while rewatching some of my videos, I realized, that it looks shakier, than it feels. The eyes are quiet good in focusing on the „important“ stuff and so much gets blurred out in these intense parts.
      Still I can’t wrap my head around, how it is possible to drive like this 😧

    • @suitinaute
      @suitinaute 3 роки тому +8

       @Tec Malo I was wondering if the camera technology has advanced so much that it is now able to see the rock garden (at speed) better than the human eye. Re thinking my original question, I'm guessing Troy's focus is a long way down the track at that speed, and he wouldn't be picking up anything directly in front of him apart from possibly feeling a couple of the bigger rocks.
      I can't get my head around it either. Superhuman.

    Hard to believe someone was faster than that. You blew through some of those sections faster than i would consider humanly possible. Bikes have come a long way but wow, that's incredible. Almost flying over those rocks.
