That looks delicious and imma def try it! I love that you put the raw rice in to toast a bit before adding the liquid. I do have question boiling the sausage. Seems like you were throwing a lot of flavor down the drain. I think I’ll either not boil the sausage, or boil it and use that water to add my bouillon to and put that in to cook the rice. Just my thoughts. My SIL is having surgery on Tuesday and I’ve been looking for some easy to reheat dishes, aside from casseroles, to take to her. I think this is gonna be one of them! Thank you!
