So dying in ancient Egypt is like playing a text based RPG
its just there version of D&D book but the egyptologists mistaken it for religious book
Mr. EHD ah yes remember 0.001 edition?
Perhaps
@@MrEHD-fj1bz some of these translations definitely sound... Awkward...

Yep that’s what I said to my grandparents
You got that bros it is better than our school system
This is better
Your right about that
The school system is a joke

Bruh. The ancient Egyptians was wildin out with this book.
Flawless Cowboy You think so? Arabs were wildin out with the Bible and Quran
@@DaneAraux fr fr. You right.
@@DaneAraux Arabs didn't write the Bible...
HIX101 oh you think Europeans did? Lol
@@tagootuesday6521 Why would u come up with such an assumption?
Fun fact: Coptic hieroglyphics were way more than letters. Each of them had special meaning and in written state they worked as spells. Every single letter was prescribed with certain action as ancient Egyptians were in higher state of mind, always self-aware of what they said. If you understand platonic concepts you would understand what I'm trying to stay.
That's what she said.
understandable
This replaces my school literally I learn everything here

It's not about the wifi it's about u turning on the notifications
Shame on Egyptians history class teachers used to study there and they didn't open any topic about the ancient Egyptian lifestyle just names, times, and wars.
For literally all history even parts of your own countries history they dont teach us. Maybe because its just to much content?
R u egyptian??
uhhhhh this is one of the most obvious thing that they needed to teach us . and they did
@@tyler-qr5jn that was my case. My teacher would have loved to explain more about Ancient Egypt but the school program had it planned just for one lesson in order to finish in time.
Probably because it conflicts with the Abrahamic religions which came afterwards. The kids with critical thinking abilities would realize that religion is/was created by humans to control the masses
Now, imagine being a politician and having your heart weighed against that feather. 😅
Oh no
"There's even a spell to open up a hole in your rear, and take a poo" - Well, got to make sure the pipes are free-flowing after all, even in the afterlife... :P

I'd love to get to see these ancient artifacts in person. Wouldn't it be friggin amazing? Maybe someday...

Metaphorically speaking, Books of the dead, are concommittantly instructions for the living.
You make decisions, with emotional input. Acting negatively makes the heart heavy, while just being love lightens the heart !
If this were real I’d be acting different and less fun

There's this concept called the Egg Theory where we're all one soul cycling back again and again and everyone is the same soul at different times learning everything there is.
Does grass have a soul? Everything has a resonant frequency I heard of reincarnation and there are around 12 known dimensions

Doing better in 2020 than I ever have financially and physically. Covid is bs. Don't be a 🐑. ❤🇺🇸
I find rebirth quite feasible as law of conservation says that energy can neither be created nor destroyed..it can just be transformed from one state to another, keeping this in view..in hindu mythology in bhagvad gita lord krishna says..souls neither gets born nor is dead..it just changes from one to another...so it goes with the laws of physical world.
I’ve watched 15 infographics episodes since I woke up 2 hours ago!! Your videos are so addicting!!!!!

One gross mistake is that the Book of The Dead is not it's real name. It's called The Book of Going Forth by Day. It was just called that because it was found with the deceased.
This sounds like a fabulous idea for an amusement park! I can imagine the rollercoaster to Ja
the movie the mummy was a lie they never said any of this

Iam an Egyptian myself and yea I'm pretty sure that its ma'at yea he in the vid pronounced it like Matt

Kirk Woodruff Ma’at is an ancient egyptian name, neither african or arabic.
Egypt is so interesting!
In my family we're very interested in polytheism. When my mom told me about Ma'at and her feather scale I found that there may be some gods I'm interested in, but not that one, not if her standards are that high. My mom said I was taking the story too literally. This video seems to indicate that I had the story right the first time.
