Indiana doesn’t play Oregon, Illinois does. Might want to fix the thumbnail. Good work on CBS Sports Network last night.
Nah, keep it so that it drives more traffic because people like you will come in here just to comment, thus more traction.
Typical. I only subbed to hate watch. I feel so much smarter when I watch Pate.
@@stevenbrozynski5555 lol so mad
@@stevenbrozynski5555lol that may be the way ya feel but it is not reality
@@jejbsh2191if you’re an Illinois fan, you have every right to hate watch lol.
Josh is right that Illinois isn’t a playoff contender but they’re definitely a top 25 team.
What if the thumbnail was just a 300 IQ move to get everybody to both open the video AND comment about it
Always was
I didn't even notice that before I read this
It worked because that’s why I’m here. Saw the thumbnail and said “wait, Indiana doesn’t play Oregon this year, just Michigan and Ohio state”. Pate is playing 4-D chess to drive viewership with big ten folks
Haha. I did not even think about that but you where the top comment on the feed. I thought Oregon's was playing the Illini on Saturday. They wanted people commenting obviously, big brain move.
No. The high IQ, clicks galore, move is to have a thumbnail with CLEAVAGE.
As an Illini, I had to shake my head with that Indiana logo there. I mean the illinois block I is way brighter and better for a thumbnail than indiana's logo.
Miami could have 5 turnover game and still cover against FSU
An Upset has already happened this week!! Kennesaw State just upset Liberty!
Records this year going into the game: Liberty 5-0 Kennesaw 0-6
Hooty fucking hoo!!
Woopti do Edith.
If Vandy wins, hell has officially frozen over
They said that before the Bama game
@@Urlastnerve No Saban, and it was a once in a generation win. TWO of those in 1 year? Start selling winter coats to those down below, it will get cold.
🧊
@@Urlastnerveit's a bit different though because bama probably sleepwalked into that game because it was just vandy but now vandy has people's attention. I think Texas is going to take them very seriously so an upset seems pretty unlikely to me
No, it just means that Texas was outcoached. Vandy is very well coached, they run clock, convert 3rd down, don't get caught behind the chains. Defense is not extraordinary, but they have sound gap assignment. Very well coached. The other thing is, they play very cerebral football. When a team is outmanned, you have to play smart, which this team does. I'm not suggesting an upset, but they are capable of staying in the game.
Miami is on upset alert every week so far this season. Ok, all they do is win. Miami 63-17.
Go Navy!
Mr. Pate was the only one who was positive for Navy this week.
That’s why I watched this show. Very smart fellow.
Thanks.
Indiana @ Oregon would be cool and all, but Oregon plays the mighty Illini instead.
I would like to see Miami vs Indiana. Both are the two highest scoring teams. Both average 48 points a game.
Imagine Notre Dame wins, and Army continues to win, and college game day comes to Yankee stadium, where the Bronx Bombers just won a World Series… 😅
The reprise of the Legendary 0 to 0 Tie back in 1946.🤔🏈B.W.
Yankees fan here, lol
Could we get time stamps for each section?
LOL, waiting every week to see Indiana getting exposed per the "experts". I've seen college football royalty exposed every week and yet IU keeps rolling easily. Disprect their talent all you want, this is a better "team" than Miami or Alabama, easily.
Fix the thumbnail! Illinois plays Oregon
I really think Texas will get the win, but I agree they need to be in upset watch. Vanderbilt has not lucked into their wins but rather played and earned those wins. This ain't your everyday Vanderbilt team. I hope they win every game from here until the last week when they play my Tennessee Volunteers and then hopefully Tennessee beats them. Vandy is a legit team, not the greatest players individually but as a unit they are definitely deserving of that top 25 ranking
I’m in complete agreement. This year’s version of the Dores has been VERY different indeed ! At least y’all know not to sleepwalk into it like we did. Once we realized what was happening it was too late. Vols defense is a lot better than us though, so even if Nico’s not having a great day y’all should still be alright…

HARRIS: Well, there was a lot that was done, but there's more to do, Anderson. And -- and I'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done but need to be done. And I'm not going to shy away from saying, hey, these are still problems that we need to fix.
Anderson Cooper's Mom was Miss Gloria Vanderbilt (ironically enough). She made a small fortune in The Seventies with a line of Designer Jeans. We all know what he has done over the years. Well, don't you get it? Both made a big name for themselves by staying on America's backside!😂🤣😂🎤👖⌨🖱🖊📒🇺🇸📺B.W.
Just wondering...has Army, Navy and Air Force ever been ranked in top 25 at same time?
Good question. Idk, Air force was top 20 and Navy was 25 on a given week in the late 2000's early 2010's. Idk how long Air force has been FBS
I'm sure they were in the years when the service academy teams were some of the best year in and year out, but that was decades ago. Not sure how long it's been but I'm sure at some point they have all been ranked.
I don’t believe all 3 have.

Oregon versus Ill ---- sure come play in the rain with us.
Vandy is a good team, why is it so hard to believe.
I got Vandy winning that game 35-32
Texas cant lose to Vanderbilt. That right there would hurt their credibility as a top team in the country
Texas had played no one prior to Georgia. Weak-azz schedule. They will have at least 2 more losses on their schedule; Vandy is tricky smart and burn clock; Arkansas will fight you to the bitter end; Florida has a Top 10 roster, talent-wise, but have the toughest schedule; Kentucky players never give up on a play; and they close out against Texas A&M in College Station. Even the bottom teams in the SEC would be at minimum mid-tier in the Big 12. Texas is not used to the weekly grind of SEC football.
Vandy beat the team that beat Georgia which beat Texas. It’s possible
What if they win by 3 points? Did Georgia get back on track or has Texas tricked everyone?
@chopkong tried telling that to Texas fans but they were busy saying they owned the SEC after beating Mississippi State.
LOL it doesn’t work like that
Oklahoma couldn't score even if the opposing team had only 5 men on the field
Indiana by 14+. UW is 0-2 away from home. They haven’t faced a team like Indiana.
If u know ball, no matter how good the team is. Miami vs fsu is most the time a close game
ND on upset watch every week. Consequence of losing to NIU. They win 41-13 though
They won’t be against FSU. 😂
14 - 13?
ND gave up 200 rushing yards to NIU. Navy is 4th in the nation in rushing. Both of these teams are going to run all over each other. ND may win, but your idea of them holding Navy to 13 points is unrealistic at best.
@lucashawks2160 everyone is taking navy like we playing osu....they beat the mighty Memphis..no defense ...love and price and riley gonna run all over navy
@@shawnsingleton9808 Sounds like we agree then. I said both teams are going to run all over each other.
IN will end up with 3 losses - this is likely to be the first- but if not; OSU, MI St, and MI.
I'm not really a Big 10 fan, but the one thing that sticks out to me about Indiana when I watch them is how well coached they are. Their players are rarely out of position. They tackle well and look like a precision well-oiled machine.
There’s 0% chance Indiana loses to both Michigan and Michigan State. Please watch either of them play because it’s ugly.
Washington is good but I’ll give Indiana the home team advantage.
Best Podcast out there Josh.. Go Canes 🙌 😎
Navy gave up 659 yards against Memphis. Notre Dame is a better team with a defense capable of holding Navy to fewer points than what Memphis did.
Damn I was really hoping you would do a take on Boise State and UNLV. Tight point spread
Games are usually only considered an upset when it isn't supposed to be close. A game with a couple of points spread by definition can't be an upset.
Politics after sports shows?? It's because no one else better understands how crazy this world has gotten.
Michigan State will beat Umich....
Texas is beating Vandy by 2 scores
What if every video clip was actually about the JP Poll. Every time
Oklahoma couldn’t score on me, Jessie, and Collin lmfao😂
If Vandy covers, or upsets, I'll accept how many SEC teams are ranked right now. If, however, they lose by three scores or more then we need to collectively as football fans readjust our perception of the SEC this year, and dump some of those top ranked teams. Vandy should immediately dip out, Mizzou should be dumped regardless of their result because I don't really care if they can or can't beat Alabama this year, there are already two teams riding the rankings because they beat Alabama, let's not make it three. Ole Miss is just riding SEC waves and people craping on Indiana's schedule but giving Ole Miss a pass when their best win is against 4-3 South Carolina.
It's not like we know what these teams are compared to other conference. Vandy probably has the best win in Week 1 against VaTech. Besides beating each other here's what that side of the "top ranked" SEC has done. Wins against Alcon St, Ball St (by 10), Murray St, Buffalo, Massachusetts, Boston College (by 6), Furman, MTSU, Wake Forest, GA Southern, Old Dominion (by 4), Akron, and a loss to Georgia St.
When you determine your strength of schedule based on rankings, which what else could you possibly do? Ultimate what determines a good win is who you think is the better team determined by some ranking. You can try and make it fully analytical, but eventually somewhere in there is a dash of "i think this team is good because they beat ranked team A." If Texas obliterates Vandy by covering I'm not listening to another person that tells me the SEC's bottom could beat anyone in any other conference.
If Texas loses - they are out of the top 25...... 5-2 no quality wins - you trash gtfo
Alcorn State from Lorman, Mississippi is an HBCU and deserves the respect. Forgot to mention that Ohio State Scheduled and Played Akron at Home. Every Conference has a Tuneup Game that gives them a chance to knock the rust off. Buckeyes had five or six maybe before they Played and lost to Oregon. And the beauty part is that no one anywhere except The Coaches, The Players, and (in the case of Austin, Texas😂🐂🏈!) The Refs can adjust the perception of any given Game or Season. In the meantime, lives are available. Please grab one as necessary.😂B.W.
@@madbrowniac7871 hah, joke's on you, i don't want a life, and as it was you who was doing the responding to me, maybe you should look for your own...joking.
Of course Ohio State has Akron on their schedule, and you're not wrong everyone in the country schedules....yeah tuneup games is the kindest way to put it. It's just that for the first time in a long time, that's really all the SEC has. They've lost a lot of their bigger P4 matchups (Florida to Miami, LSU to USC, Texas A&M to Notre Dame, Auburn to Cal, Arkansas to Oklahoma St). Mind they don't need to win all of those games, but then the best of the league is losing to those teams they shouldn't on top of that with Vandy, Arkansas, and Kentucky getting huge wins over Alabama, Tennessee, and Ole Miss. And unfortunately there's no beautiful part of it where players, coaches, refs, et al get to control and adjust the perception of themselves, it's in the hands of committees and journalists because the rest of us schmucks determine the value of a win based on whether or not a team has a number next to their name.
Texas -18.5?? Draftkings has it at 13.5.
Something about FSU vs Miami gives me a gut feeling we’ll see an upset. I know it makes little sense, but Miami has looked questionable. I may tune in after halftime…
No shot. Miami wins by at least 35
All im saying is Texas has a tough road left
Vandy
Florida
Arkansas
Kentucky
A&M
While not the top 5 of the SEC minus A&M, Texas can 100% lose all of these games.
Especially Vandy
A@m ain't nobody says the schizo SEC homers, they lost to Notre dame
im gonna tell ya now MIAMI COMING FOR FSU and we out for Seminole blood!!!
When ND beats Navy by 3-4 scores, the media will say "Oh they're just a service academy," Same shit every year.
Worse, bot comments want navy cuz they " love our armed forces" ( obvious political statement)
If the Texas offense plays like they did against Georgia, Vanderbilt will upset them. But my prediction is 34-30 Texas.
Josh is 100% wrong about Indiana .. he was wrong last week .. he’s wrong this week take IU if you want free money
Go Dawgs
Typical lazy thumbnail
Texas didn't get "exposed" Josh. Stop it.
They were down big and were gifted a touchdown by the most crooked call from the refs I've ever seen in a game.
you had planned on going to the FSU miami game and now you are going to the vandy game.....🤣
College football for ya
Explains a lot of your videos. You are not a believer in what IU has been doing.
Byu will upset ucf
Here's to hoping Miami can end the curse of the black uniforms.
It will break the Internet if Vandy wins
Well, the parts Texas and Vandy fans use. Mostly everybody else won't really care.
Why is every single game Notre Dame play an upset alert. Blind hatred Navy is only ranked because they’re undefeated. They have legitimately played no one Notre Dame plays against the triple option every year they’re going to destroy them.
We lost to niu it’s fair. I’m an nd fan but they don’t just run the triple option anymore fyi don’t be cocky either end up make nd fans look dumb.
He’s definitely been doing this since the NIU game, and then doesn’t even comment on the results afterwards. Stanford was “tricky” in his mind and yet it was not. ND has a lot of work to do to get better, but the NIU game is an outlier at this point. All be it, an embarrassing one.
Navy also beat memphis........
Go Navy!!!
Navy wins outright. IU drops this one. Depth is going to be tested in this game... The IU QB is not able to go and IU just doesnt have to absorb that kind of a hit. Josh you have a point about the players around elevating their play but we aint talking about having to replace a lineman or a TE when your STARTING QB is hurt NONE of that is going to elevate the play of a lesser QB and it will cost IU this game. Illinois is going to get beat like a drum.
Sorry, if Navy scores more than 14 points, that means either Notre Dame sleepwalks through the game or the refs decide to help Navy
Miami YPG and PPG are almost identical to FSU this season. I will be watching this game.
Have you watched a Miami or fsu game at all this year? They most certainly are not identical in YPG and PPG. Miami will steamroll fsu right out of hard Rock and make Norvell go back to the portal crying
What stats are you looking at? because they are not the same
My Hoosiers about to beat the breaks off of the Ducks! Ohio St sucks!
We not even playing Indiana bro 🤦🏾♂️

@@NeonKing079 man just a bandwagon fan don’t even know the schedule 😂😂😂😂
You don't play Oregon, and if you did.. They are beating you by 3 scores... And when you do play Ohio State, they are beating Indiana by 3 scores too.
Indiana is a good team and anyone playing them should take them seriously. Illinois however, is a above average team and Oregon should win and cover.
🙄
Vandy by 20 ANCHOR DOWN
To all the SEC fans. All the undefeated teams are in the "weaker" Big 10.
Y'all big 10 fans are funny keep measuring yourself weekly to see if your big boys yet. Considering the the 25 year run the SEC just had I think you got a ways to go. 😆
@@Travis89-ob5tt I'll let our on field performance do the talking while the SEC fans let the suds (alcohol) do their talking.
The SEC-ESPN connection has the same effect on the rankings as the Democrat Party-Media connection has on the news.
After the 4 top teams in the Big 10 the rest of the conference is no better than the Big 12. Indians hasn't even played a top 50 team yet. Penn State hasn't played a ranked team.
@@JayTide Please stop clutching your pearls. There was a time when Miami wasn't playing anyone but was crushing who they did play. They stayed at #1 for three years without playing a strong team in the regular season. Indiana is a top 10 team by any measure.
