Get a place on heavy deposit rather then giving token, that will always keep liquid cash ready for you and meanwhile you can sell your house in a good price.

1. Check out the properties for clarity and zero down on 2/3 options ,very unlikely all above sold in same time frame .
2.Now tome to market in ur property on sale in time frame .
3.Sucess right on .

Agree but there is a flip side to it too..
After selling a house at x when you go to the market you are not able to find anything at x and then you realise that sasta bech diya maine ! Isse better hota to hold existing .. so it’s a thin grey line between all this..
See the market rates I.e. get a gist of the market , then sell , then see to buy
You will always get what your property deserves. At least in this situation you know what you have in hand and can go shopping based on that.

Hi, recently I was searching a flat in Mumbai for myself. I went to one of the sales office of the builders then sales person of builder said that, entire project is sold out. And agents from that areas were telling me that there are still inventories left in that same building. Wich is investors inventories. Can you please guide me what is this investors properties? How dose it work? Are those even safe to buy?
Investor inventories are basically the flat booked by the person who has purchased it for the sake of investment and they either give the flat on rent and waiting for the right moment. Once they get good selling rate they sell it and move out.Basically the people who have strong financial backup purchase flat in multiple project.
@@royalhinchfood3443I believe investors are those who provided fund for buying land or construction, and not what you told. In lieu of that funding some flats are given to these investors.

My question for you is what are the downsides of living in a high rise apartment? Do you feel high rise apartments are better than low rise apartments?

It's a personal choice
High rises have to be well maintained in terms of fire safety, such as fire exits that are clear of clutter, fire fighting equipment, refuge areas, etc. If you are buying a flat in a high rise in a higher floor, make sure the society is maintaining these facilities. Don't buy otherwise, better to settle for a low rise instead.
High rise will obviously cost you more and the maintenance will also be comparatively higher. If you can afford it, it's usually a better option.
Lowrise is better...its quicker to go down and get kothmir...

What if the seller suddenly jacks up the prize at the last moment after u have given him the token advance ??🤔
Pardon if it's a foolish question, as I don't really know how deals work here.
Then you back out of the deal. It is unethical when the owner increases the price once the deal is confirmed and the token amount has been paid. Better to avoid such sellers!

I do not agree at all. This guy is a broker and he makes a living by selling properties.
The truth about our real estate market is that its super messed up. Supply is 5x of the demand. Investing in real estate is not as beneficial as it was a couple of decades back.
Worst thing is that all the sold out media does not highlight these facts to our people because thats where all their advertisement money comes from.
