What a lovely day out with the kids. Fab to see the Rover v8 out in the sunshine, it positively glows!
It's quite a rare colour. Most seem to be in one of the two or three shades of blue, or another more sombre colour.

It was a great day! I'm really happy with how the paint turned out on it.
Driving in car for more than 45 minutes is a great way to get them talking. Esp as the get into teen years.

Great show and quite a few Rover 75 and MG ZT. I like Primrose yellow and i think they really suit the e type.
That colour also really suits Triumph and MG sports cars from the late 60s…

The Rover is the perfect “special excursion” car, but as you say you have a fleet to circulate for those duties ! XJ12 next ?
What is your impression of the auto gearbox now you have driven the car properly ? Still maybe needing attention ? 8:03
The XJ12 needs to come out soon. Will be investigating why the distributor jumped time on it.
The transmission is doing well. Will service it pretty soon again just to be safe.
