Best sounding? Possibly. But for composing? No. Like most drummers this guy just cannot stick to the beat or take into consideration that most players will stick to a structure, like 12 bar. If you want to listen and play around - this is the track for you. If you want to use it as the basis for a song with some basic structure, forget it. The accents, the cymbal rides, not to mention the triplet fills, are all in the wrong place.
