This is a game changer video, so in depth and honest. we all love the matches and competition, but these 9 at mines where you learn about a guy are such a sweet change of pace. Super unique content.
Well said, many UA-camrs would love to do unique content but are terrified of a video miss, this type of gold video is very different than the videos that perform well on a consistent basis with top UA-camr Golfers. Hoping Dan recognizes this and doesn’t get too down when a video doesn’t perform well.
So very true! Dan's content is incredibly unique and authentic, these 9 at Mines are the best golf content on YT and hopefully Barstool continues to see the value in them regardless of views. Keep it up Dan!@@brandoncarpenter9681
I wouldn't say honest lol.. I grew up in and still live in pell city (the town will is from) it has drugs just like every other town on the planet but ain't no damn poverty around here it's all middle class to upper class. A lot of rich people around here with multi million dollar lake houses.
This is one of the most captivating things I've watched in a long time. Will is absolutely fascinating and the chemistry of the entire conversation is incredible. Thank you all for making this.
I’m going through my own personal battles at the moment and Will has been someone I recently came across that makes me believe I can get my life back on track and not lose myself. It’s not easy sharing your losses and struggles and being that vulnerable but it’s really helped myself and probably some more be able to find someone relatable that have gone through personal battles but overcame them and found peace🙏
I play the muni almost every day in the summer and there’s a ton of other juniors that do as well. Always see Will practicing out there and talked to him the other day about this video and his life. Super down to earth guy and just seemed really thankful for this video and really super nice guy in general
Will gave me a couple lessons in early 2022 and he was such a nice guy. Hopped out his car for a playing lesson and birdied the first hole no practice swings or any type of stretching. He was so down to earth and so nice
a few years back at The Valspar I met Mr. Wilcox and thought what a breath of fresh air he is. I was volunteering in the practice area for the tournament and he walked up to me and just started talking. Which I thought was quite nice. I hope he continues his recovery and finds his peace.
Honestly knowing him now makes me want SungJae Im to continue to kill it. I already liked him as a player but now I like him even more knowing Willy is on his bag and reading all his putts
I learned how to golf in San Diego but after moving to SC, this was my home course. Every hole brings back so many memories from both a great and troubling time in my life. My first birdie happened here and so much time spent with my father while he was going through a terrible divorce. I’m so happy this was the golfer that you spent time here with Dan, it made my month hearing his struggles while watching this course. Thank you.
52:17 gives me such muni vibes like my home course. Cruising in the cart and you see someone a hole over hit a good shot. Don’t get that on these massive spread out country clubs. Ya need a close packed muni course 🔥
Golf is the most mental game ever. Can you imagine playing while talking about your worst in life. As an ex addicted what a great round answering and talking about this. What a video
Dan I like you a lot and think you’re a good addition to the pod but this is you at you’re best. This and Side gig are examples of things foreplay did not have before. You may not be a tour player but you’re knowledgeable enough to have real golf conversations with these guys and it’s incredible entertainment.
These are by far my favorite vids on this channel now. No one doing anything similar and you learn so new cool shit. Second time I’ve watched this and am still fascinated
You can’t help but root for a guy like this. Seems like such a cool genuine dude that made some mistakes and if he wasn’t so good at golf the ways he coped with his life and stress are pretty common across the world. Hope and wish him well in the future 🤙
This is up there with one of the best Fore play videos ever, great conversations throughout. I played this course while in Charleston, it really is amazing, to me the back 9 has a little more character so I wish it was a full 18. Please keep more videos like this coming!!
Really liked to see this further fleshing out of Dan's piece "Sugar Daddies of the PGA Tour". Loved Dan's work through "Local Knowledge" at GD and its really nice that he's able to dive in to these types of stories while at Barstool.
What a great video. Will doesn't hold back at all and he tells it how he lived it. He will be a better person for it all, even though he has made some big mistakes in life. More like this Dan.....more like this.
*Thank you, Will, truly appreciate your sincere conversation, as it signifies a significant milestone in facing your challenges head-on and comprehending your present journey. I firmly believe that this will serve as a crucial foundation for your future endeavors, especially considering your youthful age of 37, or rather the first half of your life. There is so much to anticipate, whether it be through writing, podcasting, or any other avenue you choose to explore.*
Great in depth round.. and can relate being an ex addict golfer… also love the geometry of that course… how squared and rectangles the greens and bunkers are what a trip
This guy had such a unique & cool swing when he was on tour. I loved the open stance he use to use when he was playing regularly. I believe he was the best ball striker on tour at one time.
First time watching your channel..........this was AWESOME !!!!!!!!! Love the story, love the way you interacted with Will. What a guy. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍👍
If there was 1 person I wish was back on tour, its Will. I analyze his swing more than any other. As a fellow recovering Addict and alcoholic I know exactly why he is down to Earth. We are not normally people who would mix, but among us is a common peril. 11 years rocking sobriety. Keep it up Will!
Loved the cart cam compatibility between these 2! Amazing vid and even though fire ball sponsors, it was super classy of Dan not todrink in front of an addict 💪
I used to be a huge Steve Marino fan thoses days of golf where so good couldn't imagine trying to get wins or cuts in that time of golf. Him talking about presser is what my opinion is the biggest reason why I think Liv golf is not the same as the pga tour
Phenomenal. Danny Rap, you have a rare gift and this stream just highlighted it. Kudos to Will for keeping it real, and playing some good golf. Just a top-notch episode, all around. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Really appreciate how much conversation was kept in this edit. Super interesting stories from Will and seems like a truly authentic dude.
Glad you enjoyed it!
1000%
These are tremendous Dan. Excellent work!!!
Great interview with some good golf mixed in. Appreciated
Very well edited. it's like a podcast with some golf shots inbetween, excellent stuff.

Rapp loves to ask a question then directly talk through the whole answer whatever dude he asks gives
Super good questions and then… leaves no room for Will to answer
Honestly could watch a weekly episode with Will, What an interesting character! Golf needs more guys like him.
Will has a podcast which looks like he's put on the shelf at least temporarily while caddying, but plenty of back episodes.
This is one of the most captivating things I've watched in a long time. Will is absolutely fascinating and the chemistry of the entire conversation is incredible. Thank you all for making this.

Will seems like such a realatable genuine dude, hope everything works out for him, he has my support 100%
From a former addicts perspective this video is by far the best one so far! Very very interesting things coming from what sounds like a great guy!

Should the Wave God, Will Wilcox give professional golf another run?!
He said he doesn’t wanna 🤣 he’s making a bag on sunjaes bag living the life not sweating 4 footers
No, his current lifestyle seems enjoyable and he’s doing better than he ever has.
Favorite Nine and Mine yet. Willy Wilcox is an A1 dude
Honestly knowing him now makes me want SungJae Im to continue to kill it. I already liked him as a player but now I like him even more knowing Willy is on his bag and reading all his putts
What a great guy, really cool hearing his story.

By far my favorite video Foreplay has ever put out, if not on all of UA-cam. You're the man Will
Golf is the most mental game ever. Can you imagine playing while talking about your worst in life. As an ex addicted what a great round answering and talking about this. What a video
He is every guy at every country club and I love it.
This is so interesting. These videos need to do numbers!
We agree!!

That was very inspirational. Will, you are a strong man to keep fighting forward through all the garbage. Always push forward, cheers to you
First one of these I’ve watched absolutely unbelievable Will Wilcox is a better story than any PGA tour player I see
This series is great. Some real characters around the game, and Dan is a storyteller.
Wow.. what a way to expose golfers and stories I would have never seen.. well worth the watch, and I'm looking forward to more videos...
What a great story. I'm glad to see him back on his feet.
Really liked to see this further fleshing out of Dan's piece "Sugar Daddies of the PGA Tour". Loved Dan's work through "Local Knowledge" at GD and its really nice that he's able to dive in to these types of stories while at Barstool.
Great story and format. Love the combination of watching golf and hearing a fascinating life story at the same time.
Really good stuff. Keep up the good work Dan. Really enjoying these.
I remember when he aced hole 17 at sawgrass. I knew a little about his story but now I know it all. Incredible video
Great guy with a great story. Well done Dan
What a great video. Will doesn't hold back at all and he tells it how he lived it. He will be a better person for it all, even though he has made some big mistakes in life. More like this Dan.....more like this.

Wow that was GUUD!!
The muni was sick...square greens, short pins, wowzers.
Best one so far.
what a great piece, boys! well done. will is still a golf stud! very happy for him. And Mr . Rappaport, I did not know you had such a solid swing!
This is my home
Course! Is so great , great staff and the course is well kept. Love to see it!
This is phenomenal, really all that needs to be said. Wasn’t sure at first but Dan has really come into his own and is great for the group
What a great story. Kinda cool seeing Dan play a dirt track like the rest of us too 😂
Dan is fantastic at what he does and it seems that Will is too. Happy to see Will in a good spot after everything he outlined from his past!
Great in depth round.. and can relate being an ex addict golfer… also love the geometry of that course… how squared and rectangles the greens and bunkers are what a trip
The best 9 at mine so far! Super interesting and honest. Loved it
Best solo episode yet!
Really loved the in-depth interview and discussion between Will and Dan. Great video. Fun looking muni with old school greens!
I love this series from Dan
This guy had such a unique & cool swing when he was on tour. I loved the open stance he use to use when he was playing regularly. I believe he was the best ball striker on tour at one time.
Another great episode in the series!
First time watching your channel..........this was AWESOME !!!!!!!!! Love the story, love the way you interacted with Will. What a guy. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍👍
The best one you’ve done so far and you actually played good.
Love the Charleston muni. I miss it so much. Awesome interview Will seems so chill

These are great. Will is a class act and super enjoyable.
“30th is fine get me the f*ck outta here” 😂😂😂
I really like the change of pace that the Danny content brings…
This video is amazing
Love this video!!! D Rap, keep it up man, this is an awesome series!!
Loved the cart cam compatibility between these 2! Amazing vid and even though fire ball sponsors, it was super classy of Dan not todrink in front of an addict 💪
Dude is so casual yet so good
Been waiting for Will to be featured. Awesome that it's finally happened!
Well done, Dan!!!! This stuff is as good of content as there is.
Jim Renner, throw back barstool, always in our hearts
Favorite one of these so far
Love this guy! First video I've watched all the way through in awhile
This is such a fantastic one on one video!
I love how down to earth Will is!
Great video. Love the authenticity.
Such a great video! I’ll concur that Will is definitely a ridiculously interesting guy! Nice job Dan
Such a cool vid Dan, keep it up
Not a huge golf or foreplay guy tbh but this episode is 10/10. Great stuff
Well done 👏🏼. Great content. Keep these coming
What an amazing episode. I felt this one.
What a great talk and interesting story. Awesome. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
awesome story! thanks for sharing Will
I used to be a huge Steve Marino fan thoses days of golf where so good couldn't imagine trying to get wins or cuts in that time of golf. Him talking about presser is what my opinion is the biggest reason why I think Liv golf is not the same as the pga tour
Love this Series! Great content, great redemption story.
This was awesome. Willie is a good dude
When Willy says “I’m happy to get older, being young was hard” and Dan just goes “what does that even mean” 😂
Means Dan never had any real adversity as a youth
Was Dan even listening? Sorry Dan but come on.
Dan seems like such a douche
Top 3 video of the year for y’all!
What a great, interesting video with a cool dude. Honest and introspective 👍
Love this, Will is an awesome dude
Best part about these is watching Dan play golf like a 9 not a scratch
Hell yeah good to see the Wave God being featured. Should've asked him bout his love of Deftones. Bama legend
Dude gave you more honest answers than any guest I’ve seen on barstool and y’all cut off mid conversation of the one sell he had
Unreal. Great video, Dan.
Wow, this guy has an awesome story to tell. Great video.
Big new fan of this channel!
Phenomenal. Danny Rap, you have a rare gift and this stream just highlighted it. Kudos to Will for keeping it real, and playing some good golf. Just a top-notch episode, all around. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I really like this guy, great content here Rap
Great content Dan
Will has like 8 clubs in his bag, what a legend.
Great video, I like the back 9 much better.
Were these guys bros before this? Seems like the dan was being a little rude to a dude he first met
I’ve known Will for years
After getting a second chance, Will is full of humility and appreciates the simplicity in life. Happy for him and I hope he stays on Sungjae’s bag!
Played with Will once, super cool dude.
Thank you 😊
Great questions. Great edit. Great guest. Simple as that.
Best one yet
Great story. Rooting for ya’ll! Use your gift!
