One thing I like bout this movie is the difference between both parker's mother and morticia . One thing is that even tho morticia doesn't show her expression much but u can see she's a true mother rather than Parker's mother
The thing about Addams family is that their support their children. I think it is phenomenal because they are kinda like the opposite of u would expect of what family costume to be or are expected to be, and they being so good parents turns out a wonderful critique in my opinion

But they're also Not So Different
They may be a 'weird' family, however they might be the healthiest family portrayed in the media. Now they do have flaws like all families but at least it isn't as toxic as many 'perfect' families as well
I love how the mother says: "one day you will understand" to her kid and then "Wednesday-" and then doesn't continue while Wednesday's face stays the same

I agree that the movie has its flaws, but I honestly thought that the movie was pretty good for a kids movie and I hope that the people making the second movie learns from the first movies mistakes and doesn’t repeat them
