Mochi! You’re so precious! You can also stick yogurt on the licki mat or Kong and stick in the freezer and it’ll take him even longer to get through. Just wanted to mention that hill’s has a lot of fillers in it and is cooked at high temperatures and kills of all the good nutrients. The best would be a raw diet or at least incorporating fresh foods/raw in his kibble. Congrats on becoming a dog Mama!
Aw yeah I’ve heard of people doing that! Such a good idea! Yeah that’s just the food the breeder gave us, we’ll move him onto something else soon!

Just a tip for any new owners. Training during feeding time is great but instead of holding the bowl actually hand feed them. It’s a great enrichment for them to work for their food while also preventing future food aggression.

He’s so so cute! For toilet training if you’re still struggling; puppy pads really confuse them. It basically teaches them it’s okay to toilet in the house or their crate. I’d set an alarm on your phone for every half hour/forty minutes & take him out after every meal, drink and nap x

It's hard to find a sock here that ends up like that, coz most of the socks here are thin and very tight since it's a hot climate country
for potty training with him during the day bring him out every like 30 minutes and if he still is using the bathroom when you do that go every 20 or 15 minutes and then at night bring him out ever hour or hour and a half
I will tell you no matter what age a daschund is they ALWAYS need supervision. They are sneaky and even full grown they will get into stuff to chew. They are super smart and super sneaky!!!!! Sooooooo sweet and I love my weenie to the moon & back but don’t trust her. She is forever our baby.

hey I'm not trying to be rude and I know that that's the food the breeder gave you but I would look into to the hills brand and slowly change the food because they(hills) actually trademarked the term prescription for dog food and they pretty much lied and said that it was doctor prescribed so that's all .

Little thing we learned after 10 years of having a dog and no one told us. Careful with getting them to sit, stay or lie down for food some dogs will become possessive of their food. Our dog does this and we've had to stop, I don't think all dogs do this but just to be aware x
