I did setup a 8 channel wifi NVR with 8 camera. Like you mentioned , simply plug and play and is working.
The qustion is, is it necessary to connect the NVR with network cable? My home network router and NVR is almost 30mt apart.
I just ordered the system,I’m returning another I received the other day because I like this one it also works on the Tris app, I deleted the app but I know the information from the other system is still there what do I need to do
Does the face detection work? In the video you said it doesn't, but reviews on Amazon say it does so now I'm confused, I just need to know 100%
My understanding from the manufacture is that this camera/nvr combo does not have the face detection active.

How can I share it with my wife's phone? Cause I already tried with the user name and password from the NVR that I have set up for it and it won't work..
Like I downloaded the app in my phone and it works fine same in my wife's phone and it ask for user name and password and it doesn't work..
Can I watch the cameras on 2 phones or just one?
You should be able to share, but it's best you contact the manufacture for help.

If you have not changed it then the password is in the manual that came with the product.
I’ve used this system for about 6 months now and it stopped working on the app!and no support whatsoever!this is a temporary system because if you need a system to depend on this not it!I will be going back to the night owl!much better system and video quality!I need my cameras to monitor my business and this is not it!
