So much to talk about HA the menstrual cycle ❤️ this cycle I experienced sore nipples thru the roof 😭 it is the first cycle two month in a row, I am in HA recovery for years now... EveryBody is different. But I want to mention that cm is a huge huge sign of ovulation IF you interpret the color, amount and consistency of it as well! I’ve started the protocol of eating on average 2500 calories and no exercise. It’s been about a month and I have experienced many pms symptoms such as tender breast , migraines, fatigue,etc. My breast have become slightly fuller and the mammary glands are more “poked” out. I genuinely feel really satisfied and energized with the amount I’m eating and the rest, but I’m wondering if I am doing enough. Some people have gotten a period in a month and I know it hasn’t been that long since I’ve gone fully all in but it feels very long and emotional for me.
Also have you had experience with blue veins on breast because I’ve been getting them with constant random pains but I’m not sure what that means. Also if I continue eating the 2500 and stop all exercising would I get a period because I feel symptoms but still nothing.
These are AMAZING symptoms. If you're sexually active I'd even try getting a pregnancy test because they're also strong symptoms of pregnancy but don't freak out haha they can be for a coming period just as much! That said, migraines are common but not normal and I'd recommend you look into that because you don't deserve to have those!!
