Thank you so much, such a solid review more especially helping me review the FA as i study along with it. Pls, could you do more of these reviews for like neuro, genetics, GenPharm, cardio, Gi and the other systems .Thank you
Hi,I loved the way you teach😇, One small thing…question 33 should have been heavy chain contributes to,because Q32 it’s already light chain contributes to fab,you have told the ans right for both..only thing is question should have been on heavy chain, Thank you😊
A 72-year-old woman comes to the office due to recurrent respiratory infections, including bronchitis and pneumonia, as well as several episodes of bacterial skin infections over the past year. She reports no significant medical history and did not experience frequent infections during childhood. She abstains from tobacco, alcohol, and illicit drugs. Her temperature is 37.0 C (98.6 F), blood pressure is 125/78 mm Hg, and pulse is 68/min. On physical examination, her lungs are clear, heart sounds are normal, and there is no hepatosplenomegaly. Laboratory tests reveal a normocytic normochromic anemia and low serum immunoglobulin levels. Bone marrow biopsy shows lymphoid hyperplasia. Which of the following is the most likely cause of this patient's increased susceptibility to infections? Impaired neutrophil chemotaxis Defective B cell maturation Deficiency in complement protein C3 Dysfunctional phagocyte oxidative burst Reduced T cell receptor signaling
Definitely not! USMLE questions are much longer, more complicated, and often vague. There are lots of choices as well. My video is to teach the content though that is important to approach the questions.
Extremely helpful but much too fast. The biggest value besides questions and explanations is being able to have an audiovisual qbank. When you go so fast or show the answer before even finish reading the question it really detracts for it be testing tool. I can pause the video for each new question but that takes a way from it being an easy to use tool I could do while walking or cooking dinner.
Thank you for the content. Please can you at least give 5-10sec for the student to answer the questions . You answer the questions before a student can even think the answer. Also, PLEASE talk slower.
Good content, but can you PLEASE speak clearly, slow down and read out both of the answers choices? I like to listen to these on the go, but it makes it difficult to understand what you are saying and see the answer choices without reading out questions and staring at the screen entire time. Us on the go folks would appreciate it, Thanks!
Heck of a job man I'm so glad I found this. Your mnemonic cartoons are great memory hooks too.
Such a compliment Thomas - thank you so much!!
Q33 is wrong:
it has to be HEAVY chain contributes to both Fab & Fc (vs Light chain that contributes to ONLY Fab)
HI, I dont know if you will see this, but this video is one of the most helpful out there. please make more for other subjects. Thank you
I saw this Bethany, and it truly made me smile. Bigtime. Thank you Bethany!
Wish all test questions had a 50/50 chance of being correct. Most of the time there are 4 or 5 choices

This video is sooo helpful for exam prep!!
I am so happy to hear that Thomas! I worked hard on putting it together!

You are a blessed man. Thank you sir. Can you try doing more with high yield images ?.
I am sorry for delayed response!! That would be a good idea, I just need to find the time!!!
It would be super cool if these were turned into Anki flashcards so I could go through them all through my day
For question 7, decrease in IgG-3 and opsonins are also involved in the pathophysiology
Thank you !!!

on question 33 did you mean heavy chain?
You are TOTALLY right!!! Thank you!!!! I will put that in the description that I made a mistake. Thank yoU!!
If I don’t study immunology but do these questions with understanding, is that enough ? Good to go ?
Try to go through this and then do some USMLE style questions in immunology to see how you
B cells were named after the Bursa of Fabricius, the site of B cell production and maturation in birds, not after their origin in the bone marrow.
Awesome
Do you something for genetic plz am struggling for step1 exam 😢
Don't worry too much - genetics isn't tested much. But you can check out my biochem video for that
Thank you so much.❤
You're welcome 😊I am so happy you liked it!
@@AJmonics I wish there was one for hematology also. I searched a lot but couldnt find one.
Is this how immuno questions are presented on step 1?
Definately not!! I will give you a sample immuno question
i have many of them

Speed control
navigating immunology without you is unbearable
is that a good or bad thing? please give feedback! i love insulting comments - because then I can make things better!
I wish you slow down a bit between question and answer just so we can at least pause. Very helpful otherwise!
I agree!!
Can't understand ur speaking plz can u speak slowly
yes, I apologize
Very helped. Thank you so much!
So helpful!
Thank you!
