Thanks for the guide on the split HVAC - it is just me and my poodle and I do NOT want to AC a whole house full tilt. I am stuck here in wet cold Seattle for the present. Hi! Any area is prone to hurricanes in Florida but Ocala is typically a very safe area because it’s further north and more central. Yes a lot of fruits and veggies are grown in Ocala, they have a ton of fresh non gmo farms :)
