First, thanks for the video. I'm not an expert so here I go. I live in a little town in Chile, I used to colour my hair with Christophe robin dark chestnut it has been 5 months since I colour it and although it didn't cover my greys it left it nice but now my greys are just a nuisance and I think I won't mind something more permanent. The thing is my mother is a hairdresser but doesn't speak English and is a bit hard to explain the mixing process because I don't understand it myself. If I wanted to have a warm yet ash colour in my hair, which colours should I use to achieve it? I was thinking in a light brown, my colour now you can say is medium brown with very white grey roots, thanks 🙏🏻
