Hope you get a chamce to react to Morissette Amon! im sure ul be amaze with her technique!
This was meant to be a duet between MJ and Whitney Houston but Whitney’s team thought would be over exposure as she was just starting to break out. What a missed opportunity. King and Queen duet. But SG did a great job.
NOW I def see why he chose Siedah....its incredible how much overlap there is in their tones....Its Stunning.
Siedah went to church on this 🙌🏾
She is certainly better than Sheryl Crow 🤩🙌🏽💫💞🔟🎩
@@Snyper1405Didn't she write many songs also? Like man in the Mirror 🪞?
Q choose her.
@@MrBjorn6 Man In The Mirror and Keep The Faith on the Dangerous album
Also fun fact about MJs "OH!!!" adlibs/screams on this song. Those are actually his first and oldest adlibs he ever did. Older than heehee or ow or whatever else.
If u go listen to the jackson 5 songs "abc" or "i want you back" (album version) towards the end, he starts getting raspy and does the same "OH!!!" adlibs.
Kid MJ was a huge james brown fan so thats where he got his foundation for his rythmic, adliby and raspy singing style.
I would love to see the Tabloid Junky multi tracks if possible. That song just slaps! Michael’s ranges from aggressive to as clear and wide as in the Off the wall days. I love that song.
Underrated song.
I believe it’s possible to learn how to sing like Freddy Mercury with lots of work and talent. Michael Jackson however is something unlearnable. He was a legend amongst legends. We can learn from him, but never get to the place he was. I’d really like to hear your opinion on this Chris!
the recording sessions for the bad album really stand as 1 of the greatest musical moments in modern day music the talents and musicians and writers and studio staff that worked on this album with michael and quincy is truly amazing!
This song is #38 on my MJ list. I didn't listen to it much as a kid, but i grew up to like it.
cannot have enough of these MJ videos! Chris is a DeLorean bringing best of the memories back to the future.
I wish I could double heart this comment. :)
Loved this one. Thank you! You gotta try to do “You Are Not Alone” next ‼️‼️
yeessss, love hearing Michael on it. ❤ Imagine Chris analyzing that one.
I am waiting for tabloid junkie review
You definitely need to hear get on the floor. It's so amazing! Once I found it, I couldn't stop hearing it. Especially the vocals alone
This song has the most rich dynamics ever in a pop song. So elegant melodic arrangements and musicians performances. Always loved this one. Michael and Siedah (great songwriter) the golden duo
Great deconstruction Chris.
OMG Chris, I asked you for that one before... ! 🤧
Thank you very much! For me this song is pure Heaven, the harmony and the perfect connection between Michael and the wonderful Siedah. 😍
I can never get enough of this song... The piano, the strings... The vocals builds up so beautifully, starts so gently and then climbs to the top. It's so passionate, intimate yet somehow mysterious, as someone else wrote.
There are parts of it that I never imagined in my dream that it had.
The energy and chemistry between them is amazing, and of course the humbleness and playfulness. For me this will always be the most wonderful duet ever. 💯❤
❤
Please do Michael Jackson will you be there, it’s one of my favorite songs of his. Love your videos keep up the good work!
Massively underrated song of Michael’s! Sooooooo much feeling
Whenever I see you post a Michael Jackson song break down, I immediately have to watch. This is such an amazing duet. On his Dangerous tour they performed this song and it’s really good. As always, I enjoy watching all your MJ song breakdown videos. Looking forward to others to come.
I like the emotion Mike puts in that "This feeling so strong", like the sensation is overpowering him to where he's reduced to a mere whimper like he's lifting a heavy weight lol
You should react to them doing this song live in Bremen 1992. It’s mind-blowing.
THIS!!!!!!!
Also the This is it Rehearsal from 2009.
@@erenyeeagah204thissss!
dude remember the high note that mj did LOL it was crazy
@@limerobloxgaming8567 just watched it. He hits the same on the this is it version he sang 🤯
One of my favs from the bad album
OMG YES, one of my favs. The chords are somehow so mysterious and beautiful on this one. Love it. Thanks for showing us the magic in that detail.
I love Siedah Garret but I stay by it that we got robbed of the greatest duet in pop music history! It was planned as a duet with Withney Houston and Michael Jackson! Imagine how that would’ve sound like two legends in one duet! 🔥
would have been the most amazing duet... you are right. !!
Originally Whitney Houston was going to do the song with Michael but her label didn’t want too much exposure. Also, you should listen to the live version of this from Bremen in 1992! Michael hits this crazy falsetto run towards the end that makes your hair stand up!
Such an amazing song! Their playful nature and harmony was really apparent with the isolated tracks! I absolutely love it ❤
I’m here early?? lol I love these Michael Jackson multitracks! Thank you for showing us
Your reaction here 2:58 is EXACTLY what this song does to me! I shut my eyes to absorb those wonderful sounds. It's just showers of bliss 🚿 it gives me goosebumps
like man its so relaxing
Amazing to see you break down a duet! Great job Chris! 👏
Once again it gave me chills, thanks Chris!
I heard that while they were recording, Michael enjoyed throwing popcorn at Siedah, and that they had a hard time not laughing! If this is the result... wow!
It was also great to hear all the parts that were faded out in the official version, and I recommend you listen to all the versions you can find on UA-cam taken from the Dangerous tour... Pure magic!!!
Thank you again!
Loving this awesome unpacking of the duet vocals. Great insight. Key points made.
Saving this for when I have some quiet, uninterrupted time. So excited!
That type of synergy and compliment is crazy!
Michael Jackson was brilliant singer. The best vocalist who has ever lived. He was very technical. He could sing everything.
I love your Michael Jackson content. Would love to see “Remember The Time”!❤❤
Thanks Chris!! another perfect analysis of MJ's incredible talent and I agree Siedah's performance is awesome here too.Waiting for more!!
Today is our 7th anniversary, this was the song we had our first dance to 😍 the irony of bumping into this post today ☺❣
As a lifelong MJ...this has to be on of his top masterpieces. Breathtakingly gorgeous track ❤
Such a beautiful song, there ways of interacting and supplementing there voices are amazing ❤
Watched all of your Michael Jackson videos thus far and I love them, it’s really made me appreciate him a lot more as a vocalist. And your enthusiasm is so great to watch as well 😊
Would love to see you react to “This Place Hotel (aka Heartbreak Hotel)” it’s a Jackson’s song, but Michael wrote, composed, and did all the vocals himself (this was one of the songs that he recorded himself doing the guitar solo and baseline and had the producers replicate it). One of his best songs lyrically and vocally imo.
Do MJ Will You Be There
Do more Michael
Masterpiece ballad with pure top class vocals ❤
King of Music ❤
5:12 always very interesting to hear the raw material - great
Oh yeah. Its time again my brothern
FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC
You have such great talent ❤🎉😊
I didn't notice how similar their tones were until watching this video
Really cool analysis yet again! I think there are unreleased adlips in this one? I THINK? But anwyas really nice to hear. Do you happen to have michael jackson's Privacy multitracks? Theyre out there somewhere. But i dont think youve done an analysis on his later era songs, and would be pretty cool to see.
Dude, I LOVE when you do these MJ vids! You rock, bro!! Thanks!!
Hey I’m late to the party! But I love this song!! Even tho it would have been amazing to hear Whitney and Michael together ofc. Siedah’s vocal is just so beautiful too! It’s forever a classic
So incredible. Thank you for making these videos! Hoping you can do some of the Invincible tracks at some point, especially Unbreakable and Butterflies. Amazing vocals on both. Thanks again!
Thank you again Chris
Where was the bgv’s??? Michael kills those on this song especially that one extremely high note that’s hidden
Thanks Chris! That was fabulous!
Great analysis, as always! This was a fun one! ❤
Awesome. Great job Liepe.
😢 OMG, I am dumbfounded .. need to come back later ... 😢 Thank you, Chris, for your amazing insight!
This is amazing, one of the most beautiful songs in musical history.
Been patiently waiting! 🎉
He is the Rhythm and the performance. Great video❤
You just *made* my weekend. Incredible as usual, man. 👏
Can't get enough Michael Jackson, thank you.
Like always theres no priceless for this. Thank you!!!
Beautiful video Chris think you so much 👍👍👍
The song We ´ve had enough (MJ) deserve to be analysed. But there is no multitracks for this song
Can we more michael in 2024?
Yes!
Each video in this amazing MJ series is truly special. I want to thank you first. 🙏 And I'd like to hear "Wanna Be Starting Something" much more than any of the others. : ) Do you think it's possible?
im jus bored and sees Chris upload I click so fast UA-cam is broken 11 likes and 2 views
Freaking awesome!!! Thank you so much for sharing your passion when it comes to the art of signing!!! We all are benefiting from being exposed to isolated tracks of MASTER JACKSON!!!
Common Chris W
Great Great Great Video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this song soo much! What a classic ❤
6:30 PLOSIVES SOUNDS IN THE MIC ... I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I DIDN'T USE POP FILTER !!!
MUSICALLY IT IS TREMENDOUS!!!
I love this song. It is so underrated. In my opinion the live version, especially the Wembley performance with Sheryl Crow brings this song to another level. I know many dislike Sheryl, but in the Wembley performance he has that once in a lifetime energy, and boy those vocals.
The studio version is in comparison is good but quite boring and too smooth and lacks the energy of the live performance. It also ends short so you miss those nice adlibs and improv at the end.
But now hearing those multitracks i have to admit that its a beautiful work of art. All the different instruments i haven't heard before are harmonizing so nicely. Its beautiful. Thank you Chris, i waited a long time for this!
grazie chris ❤
You rock my world
🔥🔥🔥 have u done the song they don't care about us FT: slash ?
i love this series!!! could you please do tabloid junkie?!!
19:55 so satisfying to hear
Please do the original "do you know where your children are" !!!!!!
YEEEES I LOVE YOU MAN!!!! (PAUSE)
Finally ❤❤❤
Hi Cris, are you doing more mj videos in the future? Nice channel btw:)
Yes!
For moment i thought you've got siedah garret there with you to analyse- wouldn't that be something. I even think she would be into it. Missed opportunity 😅😅
Oh you got the 'came' bang on 😅
Marvin gaye energy when he cry " owww " like apotheose of mental situation that only this cry and technical self destruction voice can express this feeling..i still wonder why mj never sais how much important was the influence of marvin on himself..mj sampled some part of mg..their story very looks like too..(diana ross, fathership, sexual behaviour on stage, depressive, addiction,ect...)
Chris!! You should check out Trophy Eyes cover of DMA’s ‘Silver’ for Like a Version!!! beautifully unique voice. Their latest record is also really special.
I don't know if someone already write what I'm about to say, but this song has a Spanish version (Todo mi amor eres tu) and the French one (Je ne veux pas la fin de nous)
Can we get a reaction and analysis of Ado’s “Tot musica”? 🙏🏼 One of my favorite reaction videos so far was to “show”, and though it is not quite as crazy as that one it is still a banger😊
Piano and keyboard by amazing Greg Phillinganes..
And I think this is a demo version or somethin
And David Paich on keyboards also!
Hey everyone making requests, Chris can only do songs where the multitracks have leaked publicly. It's not as if he has access to a library of unlimited multitracks.
In earlier videos he said he had connections that helped him to contact labels or something like that...
Can you do Thriller Multitracks Listening Session Analysis please
Please Chris , newt Rock with you 😊😊😊
If you found just good friends with Steve Wonder is super Amazing duet considerer the thibgs that Steve can do with the voice please do triste análisis.. greating from chile
sorry if this is a repeat question, but how can people get their hands on detailed stems like this? or is there a reason why most people cant?
Where do you get these studio recordings from and could you do this for another part of me - michael jackson. It's probably his deepest in terms of instruments and acapella.
Def wanna see whatever happens or I’m so blue if you can
2:57 is so relaxing wow
I've tried so many times to join your vocal lessons
Why is it. It working? Send me an email. Info@mymusicalvoice.com

Heey, can you also analyse ‘heaven can wait’ from Michael? I think that one is very cool, also production wise. 😃
Do Tabloid Junkie next 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
If you listen carefully, I think Michael is actually whispering "each time the winds blows" and the rest of the verse in the beginning 🤯. Or am I imagining that? 😅
Was something missing or did you play all lf the background vocals? On the actual song Michael seems to do way more ad libs, has way more Hehe's
