- During this 60-minute webinar, we explored the need to shift monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MLE) processes and practices as part of a broader effort to change how we design, implement, monitor, and evaluate interventions related to food and agricultural commodity systems change.
Why MLE? Systems approaches have been adopted as the most adequate way to frame and guide the design and implementation of interventions aimed at addressing complex problems, especially in food and agriculture. How do we know then if we are making progress, generating results, and contributing to positive change?
This session is an opportunity to review these types of questions and introduce UNDP’s work on MLE including in the context of a recent partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
The event was facilitated by UNDP’s Food and Agricultural Commodity Systems (FACS) team.
