This is Episode 2 of the Nationals Vlog. Today we are taking on the road race! The race was 45mi long and three laps of a hilly terrain I tried to position myself at the front as much as possible do to the difficulty of moving through the peloton because the yellow line rule was in effect. I raced the defending national champion Enzo Hincapie who happens to be George Hincapie's son. Congrats to Enzo on taking the win!

Good job Ethan! You were right there in the mix! Congratulations! I did the 60 to 64 age group race Saturday morning. I hung with the peloton for 3 laps but at the beginning of the 4th lap (after the big climb) I went off the back and finished 42nd out of 59 starters. I just need a little more endurance and a better taper I believe. Next year we will get' em!

You did an excellent job even with the space restriction and stiff competition! This year's 15-16 juniors are chock full of INCREDIBLY strong riders, lots of future talents and champs to look out for. It also makes the race more interesting with such a close skill gap overall IMO
